The thing that most impressed me about American Installations was the genuine teamwork of the four installers. Upon arrival, the four team members quickly assessed the two areas needing work, quickly determined who would do what, and proceeded. Each of the team members were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and eager to answer any questions we had. And the way they worked with each other was so impressive! They genuinely wanted to help each other, and get the job done in the most efficient and effective manner. If we ever need additional insulation (or the like) work, this is the team that I would want doing it!

Assessment went rather well. Gentleman was very informative and provided me with descent feedback to help my equipment be more efficient and other areas that I could improve upon.

American Installations were prompt and efficient. They were courteous, identified where I could reduce costs, and left my home than when they arrived. I recommend them.

Chris Woofenden, Energy Specialist for Mass Save arrived at our home exactly on time. We really weren't expecting too much, but that changed as he shared his knowledge regarding Mass Save and offered us immediate savings that day! We are both in our 70's and plan on living the rest of our lives in our present home. Therefore, we are happy knowing our home would be up to date with some energy savings offered through Mass Save. Brian from American Installations is a great communicator and was really clear about the energy efficiency of our home, what could be improved, and what was already in great shape. Now we are referred to a company for a mini-split estimate and will qualify for available rebates because our home has already been deemed energy efficient. It was a relatively quick process!

No one showed up for our originally scheduled 8am assessment. Called the company and they couldn't locate the driver so they rescheduled. Things happen but it was a pain, given that we had scheduled our morning around it.
Nico came on time for the rescheduled assessment and was fantastic at the assessment but then things went down hill...once it was time to schedule the appointment, he was not communicative. Delayed responses to emails and phone calls and then none at all. After a month, I called the company directly to schedule the appointment and they had me sign documents I had already signed and sent and scheduled an appointment for a 7:30-8am start time (you know how much coordination goes into preparing for something like that on a work day with a toddler). No email confirmation, no text or phone call and no one showed up.UPDATE: They were late but showed up. Will update after work is done.

Chris came for our home assessment and was timely, thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. I truly felt as though he genuinely wanted to save us as much money as we qualified for and he did just that. He got us scheduled for our service and am grateful for the time and effort he put in today. Thank you, Chris!

My inspection was quite lengthy,Marcus covered everything,even though my house was in excellent condition, he took nothing for granted. Still mass save will be performing some work done in a crawl space....Hey bottom line here is your paying for this service, so be sure to utilize it...Thank you, for your outstanding service.

Marcus was prompt, professional and patiently answered questions. He was thorough in his work with measurements and calculations and ultimately came up with a proposal that should prove to improve the insulation in the top floor of my home. I appreciated the time he took and his follow up efforts to get things right.

The gentleman that came were very friendly and very helpful. they were limited on what they could do on the house but that did not stop them from doing everything right and being very professional. They explained everything they were doing and answered my questions as a peppered them now and then while they were working. The assessment people that came before them a month or so ago need some improvement. They believe certain things could be done that we're not possible when the workers showed up today.
