All Exteriors - Granby, MA

Honestly, writing this review is something I feel compelled to submit. I have a roof approximately 11 years old that was incorrectly installed by Prime Painting. Every roof surface on the home and detached garage has needed shingle repair. This has been very frustrating and costly. The owner of Prime Painting, Marc Crescione, REFUSES to take responsibility for the defective roof/s.

This year, the back of the house became the epicenter of the damage. Shingles slid off in a few areas, exposing the tar paper. While dining at a local restaurant, Lucky Strikes, my wife noticed an advertisement on the placemat for All Exteriors and cut it out. I emailed Jeremy Sawyer and received a phone call within one day.

We scheduled a time/date to acquire an estimate. Meeting with Mr. Sawyer was a breath of fresh air in today’s business world. He arrived promptly, took the time to understand my individual needs, and provided an estimate for the project. Professionalism and empathy are unmatched.

Realizing there was a significant chance of meaningful rain later in the week, Jeremy called and provided an expedited date of repair. The work team arrived as promised and completed the project quickly, efficiently, and most importantly – CORRECTLY!

Based on my earlier experience with Prime Painting, I cannot stress strongly enough how pleased I am with this transaction with All Exteriors. All Exteriors have renewed my faith in contractors. In a world of cowardly hacks, Jeremy Sawyer towers over them with reasonable prices, unmatched professional workmanship, and leaves you with a feeling that you matter as a customer and a human being. His number will be prominently displayed on speed dial. Trust me, I have been through some stuff and cannot recommend All Exteriors highly enough. You will not be sorry.

Professional and reasonably priced, Jeremy is very quick to respond. After seeing his level of service with a property management company I worked for, he was the first person I called to work on my home. Very courteous and friendly, I'm happy to call him my roofing guy!

I've used All Exteriors for numerous commercial and residential projects and I will continue to use them. They do great work and you can expect them to complete the projects on time and on budget.
