Highly recommend. I was left in a lurch by another contractor and the delays and cost overruns were going to ripple through my barndominium project when I found these guys and we managed to keep it on schedule. I got to know Matt and Justin through the process, they helped me with everything in a situation that was initially messy, and helped even when they didn't stand to benefit. Their costs were reasonable. Esp for owner-builders, the main thing you need in this industry is someone with 1 and 1a. moral integrity, and 2. work ethic, expertise and promptitude; I 100% vouch for these guys.

Stay away from these shady guys, bought a 7,000 square foot metal building. they jacked the pricing up on me over 150k because I didn't get them money by a certain time frame. I was wanting to buy the structure and pay the deposit on time, but was waiting on them to make some structural changes for ONE man door, I didn't have a apporved set of drawings that they wanted me to sign before making the deposit, they never told me there was going to be a price increase, or I would have paid. then told me that engineering was still 2 months out for a basic change and if I didn't send the $200k deposit asap, my price was going up another $50k. since we didn't have approved drawings I hadn't got my permit from the county yet, but once i paid for the steel they needed to deliver is asap or I was going to have to pay $1k per week to store it in their storage. so they dropped off all the material when i was out of town and showed up 2 days earlier than they told me they would be there. no one was there to go through all the inventory. i asked them multiple times to meet me on site to confirm the material was there. they kept promising me that they would come out as we got closer to construction. as you can imagine 7k sqft building has a lot of material. this material was all stored in a fenced-in private area with locked gates. when it came time to install, they couldn't get me on the schedule for almost four months, and then when I got further bids, I found out that they just sub it out and don't actually have in-house guys like I was told. And their bid was $180k for install and I ended up hiring one of their licensed subs to do the job For $75k. and guess what over 20k worth of material wasn't on site, and we cant get Justin to return a single email or phone call. We also discover multiple engineering errors while constructing the building, and they said that the interior and exterior engineers are in different departments, and don't talk, so we asked for expedited service since it was their error, and it took over a month to get that corrected, which has held up my subs and pushed them out, which will probably cost me over 3 months in time, because they couldn't get their mistakes turned around in a timely manner.
