I left a message inquiring about getting my roof reroofed. My call was promptly returned and agreed to meet the following day. Louis was on time and very thorough on inspecting my roof and answering my questions. The price was extremely competitive compared to the two other quotes I had received. I know roofing material costs are high but I felt the other two companies were a little out of line.
American Condor arrived on the scheduled day at 7:30 and didn't leave till they were done, packing up their tools a little after 8pm
All of their men were extremely careful with our plantings which my wife was very concerned about. Our home was left clean and the only way you'd know they were there was our brand new roof looked amazing.

Luis and his company did an awesome job on many roofing projects that I have used them on. I own multiple rental properties and Luis has been super responsive fixing or replacing whatever is needed. Being a high-end builder in three states, including Connecticut, it was very important for me to use a quality roofer and this was the reason for selecting American Condor Construction LLC. This project was for my personal summer residence located directly on Long Island Sound. The location is subjected to severe weather, especially during winter months where Nor'easters usual impact the property with winds in excess of 60mph and blowing snow and rain. I chose a high quality, heavy duty 50-year asphalt shingle, the best GAF produces and Jose ensured me that the shingles would be installed properly and the project would be done in a professional manner. The project involved installing 40 squares (160 bundles) of shingles over a roof, including several dormers. Jose and his crew finished the job in four days and after each day, the entire site was cleaned and free of any debris. I highly recommend Jose and his team and ensure that you will receive a quality and a competitively priced job.
