I would like to commend American Building Dynamics. I had an enclosed screen added to our patio. They did an excellent job. We were very pleased, and I would most differently recommend them.

Wow! Where do I begin ? These people are so wonderful ! We can’t say enough good things about them. Pleasant , solution oriented, helpful, professional , accurate, always return calls right away, I could go on and on. They absolutely transformed our home on Lake Anna. We now have the most attractive deck in the neighborhood. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

Hired this company to do a lot of work on your house and garage. Our home has been completely transformed! They were easy to work with and prompt in responding to questions. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The work crew (Dave, Anthony, Johno and Chris) was absolutely phenomenal. They worked very hard, were dependable and respectful. Great group to work with. ABD did an amazing job on our kitchen/living room renovation. We also had a deck built and shed roof repaired, plus a few odds and ends. They went above and beyond to make sure we loved it.

I hired American Building dynamics to repair a front porch that had rotted due to water. They repaired it to where its BEYOND better than it was before. Great group to work with and i'll be calling them again.

American Building Dynamics replaced an old ground level and 2nd deck with a new patio and screened in porch that made a beautiful and dramatic addition to our home that should greatly increase the value of our home. We have found the quality of the build exceptional and their efforts to satisfy our requests first rate. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them strongly.

American Building Dynamics finished our basement (3 rooms and a bathroom) and also finished off a room above our garage. The quote was very clear, and they stuck to the price they quoted us. They were very professional, easy to work with, and kept up great communications throughout the process. We are very happy with the finished product - everything looks great! The only downside was the schedule dragged out - a couple of weeks of this was on us, but in retrospect I think the estimate was overly optimistic. I would definitely recommend them, they did great work and the construction manager Amy was great to work with and always very helpful in making recommendations to us about the details.

American Building Dynamics cleaned our gutters and installed gutter guards on our property 11/2020. Heath was extremely helpful and responsive through the entire process. They were on time and the job was completed when they said it would be! Will definitely be using them in the future!

We had the pleasure of working with American Building Dynamics and their roofing teams in July 2020. We re-roofed two structures: main house and cottage. The guys worked with total commitment in 90%+ heat and their professionalism and energy never took a hit! We were exhausted just watching! After the project completion the guys cleaned the work areas down to the last nail and blew off all the hard surfaces. We recommend this company for any home projects that they are willing to undertake

One thing is that we liked how they were a military owned family business. With my husband being military it’s important to him to support veteran owned organizations. They were fair with pricing, easy to contact and got back to us quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. The team was polite, professional, thorough, and clean up after themselves. We’ve done business with them twice now and will continue. No complaints here.

Replaced the roof of my boathouse, which now looks great. Excellent communication throughout the proposal, coordination, and construction process. Responsive to questions, kept me in the loop on progress. Overall a very professional experience.
