We had an excellent experience. The work was done on time and on budget, and the crew was very careful about ensuring all items were cleaned up at the end of the day. From Aaron to Mike, everyone was great to deal with. They explained all aspects of the job, and for someone who is not a roofing expert they explained everything in terms I could easily understand. If you need work on your roof, give them a call!

America Roofing stripped the 3 layers of shingles I had on the roof and installed new dimensional shingles with Titanium Peel-n-Stick underlayment (highly recommend this). The quality of the work was impressive, and the crew was hard working. They were great about communicating, addressed any questions or concerns I had, and left the job VERY clean. Mike was my Superintendent and was great. I was a General Contractor here in the valley for 24 years and I give my recommendation to America Roofing.

America roofing did a fantastic job on our foam roof. They were professional and responsive. The whole team did what they said they would do, for the price they quoted, in the timeframe they gave us. Mike Klein was our project manager and he has stood by everything he told us. He either answers his phone right away or calls back the same day. Thank you Team America Roofing, we will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs a roofing company.

Just had a full new roof installed by America Roofing at our personal home. We had waited awhile to make a decision on this getting multiple bids and wanting to find the right company for such an expensive project. American Roofing did AMAZING from start to finish. Aaron on the sales team came over and walked me through it all and gave me a fair price for a large project. Then as we got underway, Luis was incredible as the day to day operation contact. He would keep me updated, walk me through the timeline and even showed up on the final day with a bucket of paint on his own bc he wanted to do some final touches to make sure it was top notch upon completion. They completed the job exactly on time as they quoted. Highly recommend this company and the staff they have running the day to day. Roof looks awesome and we feel VERY satisfied with the price, service and I would use them again on other rentals own without a doubt. Well done!!

Completely ruined all of the contents and furniture on my porch and patio. They also plugged up the gutter and drain spout at my building with dirt at the ground. And left one inch of dirt covering all sidewalks, porches and patios, and all outdoor assets. The amount of selfishness and disregard for care of their work and the job, and the residents and customers on site was appalling to say the least. They have caused many residents financial distress, and loss of valuable time and energy, having to clean up after them. I would never recommend them.

Can’t say enough. They were very professional from start to finish. They ran a magnet each day and cleaned all debris. Our roof looks amazing I love the new color shingle with the metal over the entry.

Excellent experience with America Roofing! When we purchased our home we knew it was going to need some roof work done. America Roofing was cost effective and incredibly efficient in the work that needed to be done. Luis and his team were easy to work with and Luis made sure everything was communicated well. He even came back after the work was finished to check on the job and fix the things that were not up to his standard.

I had America roughing refurbish two of my commercial buildings. They did an amazing job, very easy to work with. Very professional, Handle everything flawlessly. I would highly recommend

I had a disappointing experience with America Roofing. Initially, they provided me with a bid of $6,000 for my roofing needs. However, after submitting the bid, communication from their end completely ceased. I attempted to follow up to discuss the details and possibly proceed with their services, but my efforts to reach them went unanswered. This lack of response left me in a difficult position, as I needed my roof fixed urgently.

Eventually, I was forced to seek out other service providers and astonishingly got the job done for just $300. This stark difference in price, combined with America Roofing's failure to communicate, raises serious concerns about their business practices. It's unfortunate, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend America Roofing. Their inability to follow up on a bid not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism but also shows a disregard for potential clients' time and needs.

Had Mike come out to give us a quote on repair/replacement. We had 5 tiles come off during a storm and he insisted that all they could do is replace the entire roof. I let him know that there were no leaks and only a few other tiles that were cracked, but he wouldn't even quote for a repair. So, if you have minimal damage but $20K laying around, this is definitely the company to call.

I bought a new build and they used this company for the roof and within a year there was a little bit of wind and it moved and broke my roof tiles and they said it’s not covered due to wind damage!!! Crazy one little windy day and my roof is destroyed!!!! Poor quality you would expect a roof that last longer than a year and especially here in Arizona where we get monsoons. I’m very disappointed and feel like it’s poor quality. Make sure you don’t use this company in the future unless you don’t want a roof in a year or so.

I submitted a request for a quote on the website. Within an hour I had an appointment. TJ was at my house the next day and had my quote to me within a few business days.

Amazing! Had trouble with other companies so I had America Roofing come out. Fast, professional and got everything taken care of.
Would highly recommend!

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals on and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were too busy.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

It's been a little scary getting a roofing company that will do EXACTLY what they say they're going to do, and do it at a fair price. I finally found the right folks after 3 attempts with others. These people are solid, and you can trust them to do high quality work, on time.

Wasn’t able to help with my roofing problems, but (John) upfront and very knowledgeable and helpful steering in right direction!

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

Just completed finalization on the entire replacement of our 24 year old tile roof.
Very pleased with their service and quality of work: from the beginning contract bid process by their Project Mgr Charlie Ethington , to the concluding inspection required work from Supt Luis Batres.
Everything was done as scheduled, resulting in a great appearing new roof.
The pricing was competitive among other estimates received.

For the COVID-19, concerns, was able to keep a safe social distance, particularly since the work was done outside.

Would highly recommend America Roofing for anyone considering roof replacement or repairing attention.

We had a little yellow stain in the ceiling of our room and called America Roofing to come and check it out. Ended up not being a leak from our roof but Ray ended up putting a little extra caulk around some of the pipes on the roof and told us it was likely a drip from our AC. Absolutely loved the honesty, whenever we need to redo our roof or there is another problem, absolutely going to go to America Roofing first.

What an honest company! A rarity today. Steve took the time to determine where a leak was really coming from and then what to do about it even though it meant no business for them. Wow! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

America roofing worked with my insurance to fix my roof completely. They replaced the front half as wind had torn off a great deal of my shingles. they did an excellent job and took their time cleaning up. I was very pleased with using America Roofing and would be happy to use them again.

This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. The team was thoroughly professional & always reached on time. The clean up done by them was also appreciated.

Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

Had a house inspection need to get some tiles fixed quickly. I called them explaining my situation they came out as soon as possible and fix the problem probably. Thank you for the professionalism.
