Stopped in Maus the second time on Memorial Day. Talked to Steve the owner. We sat down worked out the details. We wanted test drive the vehicle, that I wanted it was on the showroom floor and what really impressed me the most, Was that everybody jumped in and help to put the doors back on move vehicles that impress me. Checked around with a few other dealerships stopped in a few days later and purchased the vehicle. I’ve been happy ever since.

This was our second time purchasing a new Jeep within 4 years at A.M. Maus and Son. They are all knowledgeable salesman, “not pressuring”, offered more trade in value versus other dealers and had later business hours to accommodate our work schedules.

I experienced the ole bait and switch. They had a truck on their website listed for sale at $47,200 approximately. I test drove the truck and decide that I wanted to buy it. When they wrote up the truck with trade, accessories, fees and tax the price did not look right. I questioned it several times and he assured me it was correct. The more I questioned him they were trying to charge me closer to $57,000. He said oh the website was wrong but his price was correct. I should sue them for false advertising. So much for their claim of local honesty.

We have bought all of our vehicles here since moving to the area. Each time has been a 5 star experience! We've been treated like family; friendly, fair, and with absolute respect. We would go no other place. We've had a couple of times where we were far from home and experienced a problem. We went to several different dealers who wouldn't help us. Once we ended up calling back home and talking to the service department here who gave us help, over 1000 miles away. We cannot say enough good things about this dealership!

We purchased our Jeep from here 10 years ago, drove 30 miles to buy here. Brought it back for all maintenance and repairs since then. Never really cared for the brother in back, Cary, just figured his people skills were just subpar all these years. After our recent experience we will not return again. We had a large repair completed last week, after driving my jeep 3 times the check engine light came back on. So, I turned around and took it back to have it checked. When I arrived I was directed to the back to speak to Cary. After telling him why I was back his response was an extremely rude “And you are?” WOW…I give him my name. His response while turning his back “oh yeah, there were a few different codes flagging yesterday. I’ll have to run it in back and check it out.” As he’s talking he’s also walking away towards my Jeep. I call him back to give him the keys. When he returns several minutes later, like a complete 180, very politely tells me it’s flagging some thermostat code, it’s still drivable but will need to be replaced eventually. Then he proceeds to tell me the same code was flagging back in January when we had it in and it might have even been flagging prior to that but it’s not in their records. I promise you, not a single person ever let us know about that flag. I text my husband the details. Response: “ they should have replaced that yesterday, or at least checked it”. Husband calls and speaks to Cary. He lies and said the code had not been there. And had no explanation as to why it wasn’t checked or replaced, was very rude to him as well. At the very least they could have reviewed the flags with the customer and provide options for resolving the flags. Completely unprofessional and the rudeness was the cherry on top. Maus sons, your brother in the back just drove a customer away. It’s too bad too, because now we are locals and are in the market for new vehicles.

We had a great experience here today. It was easy to make an appointment and the service counter people were friendly and knowledgeable. We asked to get a phone call before they started the work, which they did. We were pleased and will be back.

Don’t even bother looking anywhere else. Purchased a truck recently and a very short time later had a few issues that were concerning to me. The dealership helped me out, looked into the issues and addressed them all. From the purchase process to picking my truck up from service, this place was top notch. The only plus was they are the only place close that had the part I needed for my ole work car. When I showed up the lady in the parts department seemed annoyed that I had a coupon and it would be a big deal. Then I had warranty questions and seemed just as annoyed to answer them. Cutting me off at every turn. Telling me that I had to take my vehicle to the dealership I bought it from and they had to deal with the manufactures warranty. Aren't you all a Dodge dealer? Or do you ONLY deal with manufacture warranties on vehicles sold by you? Thats how it felt. I have been looking for a new dealership to work with on my next new purchase. Not sure I will be looking here for that as my first experience wasn't very good

A fantastic experience start to finish. I worked with Jarod who listened to what I needed, and ensured I understood everything about the vehicle. The trade process was easy - and very fair. The Finance Manager, Lee was so kind and personable. Overall, this was a one of a kind experience for purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend!
