These 2 young men - Austin and Mason - were thorough in doing a condo Powerwashing of the outside brick and siding of my friend's condo. They both were polite and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them! They also power washed my son's house, patios, 3 decks, stone walls, outside steps x4, wood fence and then washed all windows when the Powerwashing was completed. Their prices are reasonable and cleanup was great. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

Austin and Mason run an incredible business. They do everything well, they are incredibly kind, have fair pricing and good communication and, importantly, attention to detail.

Our irrigation system needed to be winterized, so I contacted them, and Austin and Mason were amazing. Not only did they winterize the system, but they also helped us pinpoint/fix two other leaks. These two are true professionals—knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend them. Don’t waste your time with other irrigation companies in the Oakmont area.

Great work on house and deck wash along with stain application on our deck. The house looks fantastic after washing off a few years of grime buildup. They kept messes and noise to an absolute minimum during the job. Excellent communication on quote and follow up as well. Will definitely use them again for future jobs!

Mason and his co-worker showed up as they said, went right to work. Only wanted lower deck washed, but he insisted to do both levels. Looked brand new when finished and the white railings perfectly cleaned of all mold. Very professional and people responsive. Can't go wrong with these guys!

I hired A&M Exterior Services after seeing their before/after pictures online. I read all of their reviews (all excellent) and decided to hire them and I am thrilled with the results. Pressure washing around the pool and sidewalks is something I have always done myself in the past. But lately I just don't have the time. Also, after pressure washing the concrete myself, the results were temporary. After the first heavy rain, the concrete would again be stained from whatever leaves or such would be laying on it. It was so frustrating! Now I know to leave the job to the professionals. A&M know the proper treatments to use in the cleaning of the concrete. The pool area and sidewalks look great and have stayed that way. They also came back after everything was dry and applied a sealer. The water now beads like a freshly waxed car! I have hope that they will stay looking great all season.
The workers/owners Austin and Mason, were completely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very personable. They kept me updated with their arrival time and were spot on with time estimates, etc. I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them.

A&M Exterior Solutions is a top notch partnership (Austin and Mason). We had them out to repair/reset/replace our low voltage exterior lighting and they did excellent work. We were very pleased. While onsite, they mental they also do soft washing of exterior surfaces. So I was given an estimate and we booked a time. They showed up on time to the scheduled day and explained exactly what they were going to do. As I watched from inside, it was amazing to see how clean they made all of the surfaces. I know there are other people who put up plastic signs for pressure washing that are done on the cheap, but that’s what you get, a cheap job. A&M is not one of those companies. They had a very very fair price for the work and you actually get the owners of the business to do the work. I rate them an A+! Well done guys!!

Dustin & Austin did a great job of washing my siding, gutters, soffit and fascia, and driveway. All bright and sparkly. They then took off my old faded and damaged shutters and installed fresh new ones. Super pleased!! Highly recommend!!!

Had these guys come out to pressure wash our deck(it was in rough shape) and I couldn't be happier. Came out looking new and also gave me advice on maintaining the deck every year. We eneded up having them come back out to clean our siding as well and I couldn't believe the difference it made. For both services, they gave me the best quote out of 4 different company's.
