The team from Alter Phase roofing did a superb job on my roofing project. During the initial assessment, they actually took the time to walk my roof and identify all my trouble spots and provided reasonable repair options for me to consider. Other contractors that I vetted, would either send up a drone or use a Google maps view to evaluate the roof condition. I prefer the hands on approach when it comes to inspection, which Alter phase roofing did from the get go.
Project price and time line were clearly communicated every step of the way. Demolition to installation and post work clean up was handled with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Alter phase roofing.

I’m usually working so with schedule can’t always be at house. Mark was great on phone and sent photos showing work he did. There was trim from roof siding came down. He came back next day made repairs.

My garage roof is beautiful. I watched as Mike and crew worked, observed the great care they took in addressing every detail. I have never seen work performed with a more conscientious and professional regard. They were absolutely fastidious in the cleanup process. They even offered to make small cement repairs that they noticed around the perimeter of my house and never asked for additional payment. Five stars aren't nearly enough to indicate the superlative work that this company provided.

Honest and great guys, Betim explained what was wrong and how it should be fixed. I felt I was in good hands and they go above and beyond. Amazing service. Mark responded within minutes of sending a message on Yelp. It was a weekday evening, and he said he could come by for a free estimate within 15 minutes. Mark arrived, did a thorough inspection of my roof and gave me a very reasonable price. He came back the next day and completed the work (replacing about 10 missing roof shingles and removing some moss). He also took before and after pictures to confirm that work. I'm always hesitant working with contractors for fear of being upsold, but Mark was honest and didn't try to pressure or sell anything extra that I didn't need. When it is time for a new roof, I am absolutely coming back to Mark. Would certainly recommend.
