No confío en sus fechas de entrega.
He llamado muchas veces y siempre dicen que esperemos dos semanas mas.
Sospecho que mis tormenteras se las entregaron a alguien mas y me siento decepcionada.

Super atentos todos!! Desde que llegas te hacen sentir "como en casa". Buen perking. Variedad de cortinas en aluminio, tormenteras, techos y más. En definitiva es mi 1ra opción en su tipo.

Recomiendo mucho para diseño e instalación de tormenteras. Nos prepararon 8 tormenteras de acordeón y nos dieron excelente servicio, muy atentos, rápidos y con atención al detalle. También me proveyeron todos los documentos de garantía, registros y hasta un video de su fabrica. Le agradezco mucho a Onix Maricarmen y Felix su atención y ayuda.

No confío en sus fechas de entrega.

En mayo 2 pagamos en su totalidad una orden de tormenteras de 2” porque verificaron físicamente que tenían el material en su inventario. Dijeron que llamáramos en una semana para recogerlas. Así que llamé y dijeron que estaban listas, pero cuando se pasó a recogerlas no las tenían.

He llamado muchas veces y siempre dicen que esperemos dos semanas mas. No fueron honestos al decirnos que tenían el material disponible al momento del pago. Sospecho que mis tormenteras se las entregaron a alguien mas y me siento decepcionada y en la incertidumbre de cuándo realmente estarán listas. Estoy considerando reportarlo a Daco.

Les di dos estrellas y no sólo una porque en años anteriores no tuvimos problemas.
