Al's Roofing - Scottdale, PA

Totally unreliable. I called last Thursday and was told they would be here first thing Monday morning. No one showed up, and no one answered when I called to see what was going on. Finally called me back at 1pm and said they couldn't make it, left voicemail telling me they would be at my house at 7am today (Tuesday). No one called or showed up until after 8:30 am. I had called twice before they came and was told they were "on their way". Men who showed up left 3 minutes later, telling me they had to get parts. They told me that the office would call with a quote, and they would be back to do the work. An hour later, I had to call them. Did not have quote prepared, called me back 20 mins later telling me they now could not come until Thursday. Cancelled job to search for a more reliable roofer for the job, as this company can not be counted on to show up when they say they will.

Did my 40 square roof in 2 days with no problems. Very clean and friendly. Would deffinatly recommend for roofing and gutters!
