My experience with Sunny Plus Homes exceeded all expectations. Upon contacting Chayce on Friday regarding a soffit repair estimate, I was impressed by his professionalism and warmth. Explaining my situation, Chayce promptly arranged for Nik to visit later that day. Throughout the process, Chayce kept me informed until Nik's arrival. Nik, too, conducted himself with utmost professionalism. The pricing provided by Chayce was fair and reasonable, a refreshing change for a single female homeowner like myself who often encounters inflated rates. I'll certainly be entrusting Sunny Plus Homes LLC with future projects. Many thanks to Chayce and Nik for their excellent service.

Chayce had me in tears the first time I even talked to him. He apologized so I still hired him. He never came out just had me send pictures. He sent someone who didn’t know how to do the work. This was considered finished. Work was bad! Chayce was the most disrespectful person ever!!! He kept our money!!!! Nothing was done good or right!

I called Sunny Plus Homes to get a quote for painting my kitchen and 1/2 bath ceilings in my Suffolk house. They got back to me quickly and came to see the areas in need. Their price was reasonable and they came promptly on the scheduled day. Their work was very professional and looks awesome! Needed my yard cut. Danny came that afternoon. He was polite and efficient. I was very pleased with their service.

Danny came over to trim my bushes and cut big branches off a tree. It was one of the hottest days of the year, and he didn't stop once in the 3.5 hours he was here. Very pleased with results. Great job on clean up too. Wouldn't hesitate to call Sunny+ for the next project!

Chance cleaned my gutters, trimmed some overhead branches and put screen on the gutters. He did a great job on a hot day.

Danny arrived from a previous job muddy and wet from the pouring rain . He was fresh with enthusiasm and worked in the rain removing some unwanted bushes. I asked that he move the pots of scrubs near the now empty hole for me to plant another day. He said, "I can do that". and he did it at my direction in the downpour. His motivation and willingness to go the extra mile is most refreshing. God bless him.
