I believe that Chayce and this group are out of business and I can see why. DO NOT USE THIS company for any type of material remodel on your house! The work is shoddy and it won’t last.
We paid this firm 15K to add a spring/summer room addition to our new home in FEB of 2024. It lasted for three months before the ceiling and sides started to leak like a sieve. Unfortunately, it is being rebuilt by a real contractor at the time of this publication.
Feel free to email me for pictures of the workmanship, water damage, and all of the mods to correct the garbage work that Sunny Plus left behind.
