I have only experienced competency and integrity of communication and conduct from the representatives of this company, including Tyler, who provide provided service for us today.

Tyler and Skyler showed up to install two tall toilets…and some other stuff that kept changing. I really appreciate the flexibility as I figured out what I needed. Tyler originally came last week and gave me an estimate on options, describing the pros and cons of each. He was very knowledgeable and I really felt like he was honest and forthright.

We ended up with two toilets, two grab bars, and repairing a broken water controller in the tub. I though it just needed to be screwed back on and asked for help with that, but it turned out a part was broken (my dad had fallen and hit it), so Tyler gave me instructions and I ran to Home Depot while they were working on the toilets.

Tyler ran into a snag with one of the toilets. We’ve been aware from right after moving in that the builders here cut a lot of corners, and they also did that with the toilet installment. So Tyler had to work around the weird jerry-rigging done by the lousy builders, resulting in extra work and extra time. He explained the issue and showed me how he was dealing with it. In the meantime, Skyler worked on the broken water controller, discovering more damage than expected. They didn’t even charge me for that word, saying since it didn’t take them any more time, since Skyler worked on it while Tyler took care of the weird toilet issues.

They consulted with me all along the way about how and where to install the grab bars, checking to make sure they were absolutely solid, having me look over everything and give my ok. Everything looks great.

I really appreciate the professionalism and expertise of these men. Our home is a safer place, and I am so thankful. They were able to come do the job quickly (two days after I accepted the estimate). These guys will have my business in the future.

Tyler always has the solution and explains what he has done and we can expect moving forward. He puts on booties and removes any packaging material for us! Thank you!

Dan was awesome to work with, had issues with the scheduling team which delayed and appointment by a day, but overall was supported by Dan and his efforts as the technician that was sent out today. He was very thorough and help fix the issue at hand.

Less than a week later and my furnace won’t ignite. Just spent almost $1000 and now still do not have a working furnace.

Service was very timely, great attention to detail, and very thorough. Very knowledgeable. Got my furnace up and running right away. Dan went above and beyond with addressing the issue and informing me. Definitely will recommend them!

Daniel and Tyler were very friendly and easy to work with. They were open to suggestions and offered a very thorough explanation of all suggestions and potential options.

Tyler and Dan were very thorough in finding the roof leaks. Turns out the stacks are actually old and cracked. The bid to replace them was reasonable. Tyler and Dan are very polite and friendly. And there is no charge for the quote.

Tyler and Daniel came and checked a gas leak for us and they were very professional, thorough and easy to work with. We feel a lot safer after their work. We would definitely recommend them and are so glad for their expertise!

Tyler and Ryan were super helpful with recommendations on a new water heater. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job on the install. Will definitely recommend them anyone looking at replacing their water heater.

We did the furnace tune up. Daniel was fantastic. Took a look at everything, made a few adjustments to keep things running smoothly, and explained in a good level of detail the types of things to keep an eye out for in the future! Very friendly and respectful as well. Will definitely be looking at these guys again when it’s time for future HVAC work

Tyler was awesome as usual. I love the honesty and fair prices that Alpine provides. They always explain everything and are very professional. Daniel is okay too.

I called for a commercial building that was way too hot for how much the units were running and got an appointment within 24 hours. Dan and Tyler were fast, eat to work with and explained everything so clearly. I would recommend them to anyone!

Tyler came out to look at at some duct work for me and with his knowledge and information we are going to try a different route. While he was here he looked at something else for me and we will being doing a different project in the fall. Thank you I would highly recommend

I enjoyed our initial consultation visit with Hayden. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He took extra time to teach me and help me understand the ins and outs of our project options. I appreciated learning the how and why behind our project issues, and I learned a lot about my home and how to optimize it.

Hayden was great. Quick in to fix the leak and got some other upgrades done while he was here. Will likely be calling back for ongoing issues.

After finding Alpine Home Experts and reading the great reviews they had, we we decided to give them a call. We had an emergency home heating boiler issue at my elderly father's house. I spoke to Spencer and explained the situation, he made a quick call to see if they could come as soon as poosible and promised he would call me right back, and he did! The very next day Tyler and Hayden came out and assessed the situation, brought portable heaters to get my Dad heat until the next morning. Thank you Tyler, Hayden, Daniel
, and Jerik for coming out the next morning and installing a new boiler. We loved the politeness, smiles, and professionalism of all of you. I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Home Experts. Last year our AC/Furnace went out. The team was quick and efficient in getting us set up with a new AC/Furnace! Daniel was the main technician, and was very knowledgeable! This year they came back out for a check up to make sure everything was working in tip-top shape for the upcoming Summer season, and noticed our water heater and manifold was leaking (original with our house built in the 90s). Hayden had us a quote so fast, and we chose to upgrade with a water softener as well. Hayden had us hooked up with a new 50 gal water heater, manifold, and water softener within 2 days! I recommend each one of these guys for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs! They know their stuff, work hard and are so kind! 10/10!

Had my annual furnace maintenance preformed by Alpine Home Experts. We had the pleasure of Daniel being our technician and he was very polite and informative. He found and corrected a few issues with my system for a fair price. My system has never ran better! Would definitely call them again. We even plan on having them install our heated driveway this summer. Great company!
