We had an excellent experience with Alpha Storm Solutions. Brett Fassel was a joy to work with. He was polite, honest and laid everything out in a manner that was easy to understand. Brett helped us talk with the insurance company, came out an met with the adjuster and even put a temporary patch on the roof himself when the contractor called off sick. Stellar customer service.

The work crew for both the gutters and the roof were awesome. They worked incredibly hard, and I could not believe how quickly the job was completed. I looked for nails and could not find a single one. They cleaned up the area so well you would have had no clue any work had been done. The roof and gutters look great.

Cordero and Christian both worked their arses off with my insurance company to get my roof replaced after a hail storm in the region. In addition to that I had them do some extra work in regards to adding a couple of static roofing vents and removing some old and inoperable power vent fans on my roof. I could not possibly be more satisfied! This review comes about a year and a half after my new roof was completed, so you can rest assured that Alpha Storm Solutions can be trusted to go to work for you! Highly recommended!
