I call back again, they were suprise no one call us back but said that they will get Damon call me back.

I have used Allstate for almost 30 years as a building manager. They have provided amazing service and top quality reroofs and new construction for me on everything from churches and schools to warehouses. There is no better contractor. They have done 100s of thousands of square feet of roof for me.

Have a roof done by the company with less than a year, when it leak i tried to call them for the repair. First i talk to the guy who dont know what i was talking about, i gave him the invoice number finally was able to pull it up and said that he will have Damon call me, 1 week later no one call. I call back talk to the receptionist she said that Damon is handling that one and will have him call back, 1 week later no one call. I call back again, they were suprise no one call us back but said that they will get Damon call me back. Seem like they cant get it done without Damon calling me back. 3 months later i call again, the receptionist doesnt remember that she bill us for anything at the shopping center and didnt remember she talked to me at all. Horrible service doesnt stand behind their warranty work.
