This guy is a scam artist. He not only overcharges, after you pay him in full, he comes back 4 years later and has an attorney contact you saying you haven't made any payments and still owe him. He doesn't pay his bills and tries to get his customers to pay him twice. I think he needs to be criminally charged for fraud. Stay away from this crook.
All Star Roofing and owner Terry Rolfes are fraudulent! My husband and I got a bid from All Star Roofing owner Terry Rolfes Fall of 2014 and he deposited our check but never did any work on our roof! After calling him non-stop and he either refused to answer or hung up the phone on us, we now have to take him to court. All Star Roofing and Terry Rolfes are a scam!!!
