I was hesitant about getting my roof replaced in the late fall being in South Dakota but Jace and the crew reroofed my house and my garage in one day which I was pleasantly surprised by. Shortly after the work was completed we had several bad wind storms that took shingles off the north side of my house twice. I reached out to Jace both times and he had the roofing crew come back and fix it right away. I appreciate the fast service and would definitely recommend and use Allphase in the future.

Allphase was so responsive to my recent insurance claim. They are local -- which is important to me. Their company answered all of my questions and got my home restored on my timeline, not theirs. If I could give them ten stars, I would. Matt Cline is one of their superstars.

Recently started the insurance claims process with allphase and I couldn’t be happier with how they explained the process and the services they have provided so far. I was hesitant and didn’t want to do another hail claim ( my last claim was two years ago) but they have made this process very easy for me, they basically are just handling everything for me which is great!

Roofed and sided my house after a hail storm. Did a great job and worked directly with the insurance company, which was appreciated.

I went with Allphase despite them being over 800 dollars more than the other estimates I got because they promised me they would get the job done right away (I was putting this house up for sale and needed to get the roof done immediately). It was even mentioned during our meeting when I brought up the high price that they were getting to it right away, which was part of the reason for the cost so they very well knew I was paying more for faster service, which I was OK with at the time. I was told they would try to get on it within 3-4 days of signing the contract (contract was signed on a Thursday and they said they would get on it by Monday or Tuesday). After they dropped the shingles off on my lawn (a move shady roofing companies often use to prevent you from going with someone else I learned later after talking with another contractor), nothing was done for 2 weeks, leaving a big dead spot on my grass right next to the front door just before I was going to to put the house on the market. Finally, 2 weeks after they promised, a crew showed up on Sunday morning and did the job while my wife and I were home to listen to it all day. They refused to work with me on price after not performing as promised, wouldn't even reimburse me to get me lawn properly repaired. The final invoice was actually more than the original amount because they under estimated the number of new sheets needed and charged me for that too.

I would never, under any circumstances, recommend doing business with this company. Go with someone local that can be trusted and will work with you if you are unhappy with their performance. I ended up paying almost a thousand dollars more than I should have for nothing. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.
