Alliance Roofing Holdings

Great company, great employees. Dave got us a bid quickly and got his team going as quick as they could in between snow storms. The team was polite and efficient. After the roof was complete I was amazed at how well they picked up the area all around the house! I'd recommend then for any ridingr job you need done! Thank you Dave and Alliance!

Used them for a couple of roof repairs. They did a good job, but I had another leak in another area. I called them on a Thursday. They said they were busy and wouldn't be out until early next week. Fine. I knew I'd be around at the time. Then, they called on Friday (when they said they were too busy to be out). The call went to voice mail. The roofer was on site where was I? (I'm not an on site.) The following week when they said they'd be out, I got no call.

Okay so the first time was a misunderstanding. I made another appointment and let them know that they needed to call me before they came out so I could be 'on site'. (Here's the notice I got.) My cell phone rang once with the caller ID reading 'Alliance'. I picked-up after one ring but by that time the person hung-up. I thought they'd call back or leave a voicemail. Nope. No voice mail. No return calls. Nothing.

So I'm supposed to what? Call them back a third time and explain that their employees blow-off jobs? What a waste of time.
