They called on Friday (when they said they were too busy to be out). The call went to voice mail.
I got no call. Okay so the first time was a misunderstanding.
I made another appointment and let them know that they needed to call me before they came out.

From the moment Dakota arrived at my home I was impressed with his service. He was on-time, thorough and made sure that all of my repairs were made the right way. He responded quickly in an emergency call due to rain and hail damage to my roof and quickly put my mind at ease with his plan of attack. He was so kind and respectful and answered any and all questions I had without making me feel like just another “job”. He was in constant communication start to finish and I highly recommend Alliance roofing.

I used Alliance roofing several years ago to replace the roof on my house. They were thorough and did a great job. Unlike many fly-by-night roofing companies, I have found Alliance to be trustworthy and easy to work with over the years. Recently, I had two other roof jobs that I needed quick help with. Dakota was super responsive and was able to help me right away with my requests. They will always be my first call for any roofing needs.

Great company, great employees. Dave got us a bid quickly and got his team going as quick as they could in between snow storms. The team was polite and efficient. After the roof was complete I was amazed at how well they picked up the area all around the house! I'd recommend then for any ridingr job you need done! Thank you Dave and Alliance!

Used them for a couple of roof repairs. They did a good job, but I had another leak in another area. I called them on a Thursday. They said they were busy and wouldn't be out until early next week. Fine. I knew I'd be around at the time. Then, they called on Friday (when they said they were too busy to be out). The call went to voice mail. The roofer was on site where was I? (I'm not an on site.) The following week when they said they'd be out, I got no call.

Okay so the first time was a misunderstanding. I made another appointment and let them know that they needed to call me before they came out so I could be 'on site'. (Here's the notice I got.) My cell phone rang once with the caller ID reading 'Alliance'. I picked-up after one ring but by that time the person hung-up. I thought they'd call back or leave a voicemail. Nope. No voice mail. No return calls. Nothing.

So I'm supposed to what? Call them back a third time and explain that their employees blow-off jobs? What a waste of time.
