Our project began with the need for new flooring and baseboards throughout our entire house and having all the popcorn ceilings removed. By the time they finished we had added on new light fixture installation and painting. Our 2000 sqft house went from dated 80s to modern traditional in just 6 weeks!

We had just purchased our house so we had no furniture inside and were not living in the house yet. However, ATN had their own lock box to store our keys, which allowed them to start work early everyday and work late as needed. I would go the house after work almost every day and sometimes while they were working, and everything was always in order. I had full confidence in their on-site team and management.

The one feature that sets ATN apart from other contracting companies is their website portal service; created and personalized just for their client/home owner. With a secure log-on username and password the client can access all the project information; including project calendars, payments, photos, and messages between client-contractors. For every day that ATN was working, they took photos of their progress and uploaded by the end of the day. We could post our comments and questions and they would get back to us within 24 hours.

The best quality about ATN is their phenomenal customer service and high level of professionalism. If there was ever anything urgent that needed addressing, they always called right away or accepted my phone calls. They were patient with my questions and the add-ons or changes to the project. They were flexible with our schedule and open to whatever personal design tastes we had. If they had any concerns they let us know right away.

If we ever have any other home renovation projects, we will definitely hire All Things New again.
