Imagine you are having the worst year of your life. You get ill, your father is hospitalized, your mother has heart surgery, your 55 year old brother suddenly passes away, and your dog has to be put to sleep. Then, you are so depressed that you hire "professionals" to do some work to try to get something uplifting done and life just remains horrible and gets even more stressful. Totally swindled. I still have no steps since September and only got my driveway paved about 2 weeks ago. Shame on all of you!! Jonathan, Dave, Mike, Joe, Dan and all the rest. You know what you did was sinful and probably criminal. You know I am a decent person and did not deserve any of this. All you had to do was complete the work you were supposed to be doing with permits. That's it. Just do the Christian thing and refund my deposit, and Ceci's as well. Make sure to go to confession and ask God for forgiveness. How can you just up and move an entire family with a newborn?? I feel sorry for your children if that's the way you live. btw-I still hope baby "Mary" had a safe and successful procedure, if that was even true. God bless her.

The crew demonstrated outstanding professionalism; I have never observed such an orderly staff, with each member distinctly aware of their duties.

This company is a complete scam. It’s highly questionable how they have so many 5-star reviews. There are several contractors involved – Joseph, Mike, John, Jonathan, and Daniel – none of whom seem to care about following proper procedures, like getting necessary permits for construction.

They lure you in with a very low quote, speak nicely, and act professional at first. However, they asked for more than 50% of the total cost as a deposit before any work began, and gave me an invoice with no clear breakdown of costs or due dates. Once they started the job, they only sent two workers who worked incredibly slowly. Then they “discovered” additional problems and demanded more money, threatening that my house would be unsafe and unsellable unless I paid up.

After settling on a new, inflated price, they disappeared twice for 5 days each time without any notice or communication. When they finally returned, they demanded $10,000 in cash immediately. Although I was already skeptical, I had invested so much money that I was desperate to see the job completed.

To make things worse, they had promised insulation but later said they wouldn’t install it due to the budget increase. Meanwhile, the town had to step in due to the amount of garbage piling up (even though the company said they’d handle cleanup). Now, the project is halted because we need a permit. When I contacted them, they claimed it was my responsibility to apply for the permit and then completely stopped responding to me – they even blocked my number and the town inspector’s number!

Despite telling me they had years of experience, I later found out the company was only registered on 8/15/2024. I’m not the only victim – my neighbor hired them also had to stop their project due to the lack of a permit.

They’ve now taken for more than 70% of the total cost without providing receipts. I can’t get in touch with them to clean up the mess or discuss how to resolve the permit issue, which the town insists the construction company needs to apply for due to the town already warned them for the other projects.

Take this review seriously – it could save you a lot of money and stress. Stay far away from this company!
