Contacted All Square Roofing regarding servicing and repair of a slate roof. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable about all things roofing. The customer service, patience and time spent to ensure I understood the intricacies exceeded my expectations and is very rare.

Horrible company. No communication with me my insurance company. Paul came by 3x to our home to take pics and accompany adjuster while he was taking pics, after our claim was denied Paul assured me that he would be back out to take more pics and get the claim going again, and he did not. He ignored my calls and texts and when I called the company office I was sent to vm and no call back. Do not make the same mistake I did and waste your time with All squared

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Spoke with Rob and he was very argumentative and truly just unwilling to help. Not sure if he’s just inexperienced or just doesn’t care about the reputation of All Square Roofing. Seriously do NOT recommend using this company. I have a leak in my home due to flashing not being installed properly as well as new flashing not being provided when the roof was installed. Asked for a copy of my contract to determine if I was in fact charged for new flashing and contract has not been provided. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

When looking for a company to replace my sisters roof, I had estimates from 3 different companies and decided to go with All square because i felt they offered the best value for the money. i worked with Jeremy and he was very thorough and explained the process to me and my sister. The team arrived on time and when finished the roof looked better than i anticipated. We are looking at putting siding on the house and will be definitely using All Square. Very unprofessional. Details between office and contractors is not communicated. Workers have no clue what they should be doing on which property and leave materials all over your property then get very disrespectful and demand that you are responsible for disposing after a certain amount of time. would give 0 stars if possible.

All Square recently installed the roof on the home we just purchased - we purchased under the assumption that we would not have issues. We were very wrong - our roof leaks in multiple places and we have been told by several contractors that the flashing was not installed correctly. For the past year we have been reaching out to them trying to get them to repair it, but nothing has been done to fix it. I am giving up and hiring someone else but please know this company does not stand by their work.

Rob contacted me after I searched for assistance on Angie's List, and his team did a phenomenal job. My roof looks really good, and I immediately saw that the leaking stopped. The team cleaned up after themselves, and I now have gutters and a brand new roof with a warranty.

On the 30th of November All square roofing out of Burns Harbor brought a crew out to my apartment to replace the roof. It was a bitterly cold and very windy day. They were able to get it all done in one day granted this is a big roof. They used their blowtorches while on the roof and started a small internal fire above my living room in their haste to leave around 5:30. That fire grew internally until it melted the siding where the wind hit it and it got bigger. Luckily a neighbor saw the flames and called 911. She came to our door and alerted us . Said she saw them using the torch and they caused it. That’s why she kept looking at our building. It’s been 3 months now and we have heard nothing. This company is not trying to make things right.Three(3) people were made homeless because of them. They refuse to give us their insurance information so the tenants can start getting our lives back and the compensation for our loss of property. It feels like they are doing everything to ignore this and to not accept responsibility. So I will not be recommending ALL SQAURE ROOFING. If they mess up you will be on your own and tossed in the wind.

John at All Square was a tremendous help in getting our roof repaired after storm damage. We were able to get the entire roof replaced, and All Square worked through the insurance company to make sure we did not have to pay any more than necessary. The work was done very quickly, with the roof being replaced, and everything cleaned up, in the course of a single day. I absolutely recommend All Square Roofing if you need any work done for your roof.

Went with all square after having several quotes for gutters. Sales rep seemed knowledgeable and was easy to deal with. When he first quoted the job price was high and he came down closer to another quote I had from another contractor. All square seemed to be a reputable company so I pulled the trigger. I took a day off work when they contacted me to schedule my first appointment, they never showed up. They didn’t show up until almost a week later. I attempted to contact them and was told they should be out there within a few days. When they did show up the job was subbed out to another contractor. Job completed and the sub was great, wish I could have hired them directly instead of dealing with all square. 3 months later they send me an invoice for the job now charging me interest. I would avoid all square at all costs. It was a small job for gutters on a single story ranch. I would hate to deal with the lack of communication on a bigger job.

John Kornacki with All Square Roofing came out to house looked at damages from storm fought for us to the insurance company replaced our roof shingles,siding, gutters , roof rakes, and garage wrap and they did an excellent job, I would use them again and would definitely recommend them. The lack of communication with this company is very unprofessional! My father has been trying to get his roof completed since September 2021. It is now April 2022. Still no gutters or soffit, weeks go by without any word on when the contractors will be back to work. Multiple calls to the office and no one returns your calls. I have to message them on Facebook to get them to provide an update. Save your time and money and go with a different roofing company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our roof looks amazing. It really compliments our paint and limestone! And the gutters and downspouts are great, too! John K. Was very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend John Kornacki with All Square Roofing. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything from documenting damage, working with adjusters and insurance company to any supply issues there were with types of materials. John along with the office staff jumped through hoops filling out paperwork to get payments released from our mortgage company as well as our insurance company. Our insurance company apologized for how awful things were handled and through it all John was helpful, informative and most of all patient.

Replaced two twenty year old skylights. Two crews, two hours, efficient , minimal clean up. Would use for other services.

We initially got denied by our insurance, but a friend referred us to All Square after his claim went smoothly. John got it all approved and it was a quick and painless process. The new roof looks great and I'm glad we took John's recommendation on the color.

I cannot stress enough how shady this company is (after the work is done). Our bill had NUMEROUS inaccuracies that many people probably would not even notice unfortunately, which is one way this company makes money hand over foot. We received our invoice nearly a YEAR after the work was completed (even though I contacted them three times asking about our bill\remaining balance--they were always "still working through supplemental things with insurance"). Eleven months later in April 2021, we received our first invoice via email with a date of DECEMBER 2020. I emailed instantly and said: 1. It's April 2021--fix this invoice date, please, and 2. This bill is not even close to what we owe. I sent them a document with all the discrepancies and price differences and asked that these things be addressed. We were charged for things like METAL ridge vents at nearly $600, but they used PLASTIC (we took photos)--a $500 difference. We would not have even caught this error and overcharge had my husband not needed to go onto the roof after we added an addition to our home months after the roof was done in May 2020. When we saw the bill, he was like, "Umm, what?! They aren't metal." That's what set off taking a closer look in general. They charged us for "an additional dumpster needed to haul away gutters"...except they didn't even do our gutters and never needed an 'extra' dumpster. The list goes on and on. I wonder how many people have had the same setup and unknowingly just paid what they thought they owed because they don't know any better and trust that the bill is correct. We have a ton of neighbors who, after taking a closer look, noticed issues, too. One of our neighbors was told if she left three positive reviews for the company they would remove a charge they said she owed for canceling a gutter re-do. She was like, "Canceling??! I've waited over six months for you guys to come finish this work--you didn't ever do it--I didn't cancel anything!?!!" (She didn't write the reviews.) We have an attorney now since there's a discrepancy of almost $2,000 on the bill still, so I'll leave it at this. The roof itself: totally fine.

It took them over 3 months to fix my leaking roof that was leaking into my kids bedroom causing more damage to the inside of my home. They were also supposed to do my siding that was torn off of my house and they never did. I would not recommend them.

Making the initial inspection for hail damage was really easy and the took care of everything directly with my insurance. John and his roofing team were easy to communicate with, did a great job, and left no mess behind. We also had them replace our gutters later, and they did a great job there as well. We recommend them to everyone we talk to!

We had a hailstorm in April and noticed several people in the neighborhood getting new roofs. We had a roofing company come inspect our roof and the inspector said there was no damage to our roof. After a few months and every roof around us being replaced a neighbor suggested we get in touch with All Square Roofing and John Kornacki. John inspected our home and pointed out to me what was hail damage and what was not. We contacted our insurance company and John was sure to meet with the adjuster when he came. The adjuster not only confirmed the hail damage John had found but documented even more.
Had it not been for ASR and John Kornacki we would have had damaged roofing and gutters and not known it. In addition, we now have a new roof and gutters all paid for by the insurance company. We are just waiting on some gutter covers to complete the job.

I've never used All Square Roofing, but I wouldn't support a business that treats their neighbors like they do. The business (or a satellite office) moved into a house on Oak Hill Road in Porter about a year ago. They treat the property very poorly. I feel bad for the people that live right next to them. They drive through their yard, making big ruts in the mud, then they covered the ruts with plywood (seriously) for months at a time. When they can't fit all 5 of the All Square trucks in the driveway, they park in the yard. There is also trash and roofing materials all around the house. Please be respectful to your neighbors and their property values.

My roof was already at the end of its life when the last hail storm hit, but I decided to give All Square Roofing a call for an inspection as a hail mary attempt to get some insurance compensation. Honestly, I was sure I'd ultimately have to foot the whole bill myself given the age of the roof alone.

Well, John showed up and uncovered a few details about my roof beyond just the hail damage that would warrant serious insurance compensation. The news was promising, but seriously, after John met with the adjuster and I got the news that my insurance was covering my roof replacement in full I was shocked. Take it from me, if there is ANY possible way of getting your insurance on the hook—even for an already worn out roof—John will find it.

The process from beginning to end was totally painless. He gave me a great recommendation on the shingle color that made my house look amazing, and his crew will get the work done before you know it. I seriously couldn't recommend All Square Roofing more highly!

We were very impressed with the work on some of our neighbors' houses after a recent storm came through. Gave Kornacki a call as the signs said and met with him the next day. He was very professional in going over what was damaged on our roof, what was needed to be repaired and made it very easy to deal with our insurance company through the process. He also made a very wise suggestion as to the color of the shingles to be replaced, which we were impressed with.
When it came time for the shingles to be replaced, the supplies were delivered on the date advertised, and after weather delayed their work into the weekend, the staff that he had come to our house were on time and ready to go. They worked hard into the evening hours on our two-story home and at the end of the day, we had a beautiful looking roof again, one that accentuated the stone work that we already had in place.
Would highly recommend ASR and would use them again if we needed to.

I contacted the code enforcement in Hobart. I am reaching out to the County Commisioner offices to ask for direction. My roof is leaking in at least three places. There are things in your response that are not true. I have a current (3-20) letter from an insurance adjuster who went on my roof stating all that is NOT done. But they billed insurance. Was code followed? We don't go on the roof so it took a while for us to know all this. I am posting this now because I don't want someone else to go through this. I don't trust ALL SQUSRE ROOFINF.. I just wanted to tell people to be careful. Please view these photos. **UPDATE**DEFINITELY THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. PLEASE GET AN INSPECTION OF THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE FOR YOU.

I posted an SOS on Facebook because our neighbor had noticed that our gutter was becoming detached from the roof. Matt came over the same day. He fixed the gutter with no cost to me! He is a good man and a good neighbor. I WILL do business with him in the future!

We are very happy with All Square Roofing. Throughout the process Chris Possehl was extremely attentive and helpful. The roofing crew was very careful to protect our landscaping and did a super job cleaning up each day. On top of that, the roof looks great!

Had Jordan come out for an estimate which I couldn't get any other company to even awnser their phones. He came out very quickly and was very professional and the biggest help for my situation. I won't lie I never have dealings with All Square but Jordan hooked a customer for life. They will be doing my siding and roof. I even asked to change the color of siding after it was already delivered and they changed the color for us with no problems at all.
