Worst Construction Crew Ever

I hired these guys to insulate and finish the inside of my newly built shop/cabin, and WOW...WS that a mistake.
All of the materials needed, to complete the job, were provided and I was told the job would take from 12 -36 hrs, and we agreed on a price, shook hands and the job was theirs.
I asked them to be sure the vapor barrier was installed, and that they understood how to install ceiling baffles, at which i was reassured they were licensed and bonded and that I had nothing to worry about.
One specific request, out of the ordinary, was that they use screws to install the OSB instead of nails, to make it easier to maintain the wiring and issues that might arise down the road. in the future.
"No problem", they said. and the job started.
When I got back and saw the job was "done," I noticed large gaps and overall shoddy workmanship. I could see that they didn't use the vapor barrier and my baffles were still sitting there unopened. When I asked them why they didn't finish it correctly, the response I received...and this is no joke... "I don't know". Not only had they not used a vapor barrier or the baffles, but they had nailed it with ring nails.

I honestly cannot believe these guys are still in business and I am still waiting for them to, at least try to address the issues.

Still no response from the owners. The last text I got was from one of the brothers, the owners, but he said that "my brother's going to handle this. You need to contact him". I've left multiple messages and have no response yet. Avoid these guys like the plague.

Now we can visually see the heat leaving the roof on these cold days and watching our money evaporate by the minute. The job needs to be completely redone now and because they used ring nails instead of screws that OSB will probably be damaged upon removal and more will have to be purchased.

Professionals through and through. Hired them for popcorn ceiling/drywall repair and are very happy with the results. Especially pleased with their communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a handyman.
