From the very beginning, Luciano, who came to our house to take measurements, was extremely friendly and professional. His approachable demeanor made us feel confident in our choice. We ultimately decided to proceed with the job, and we are very pleased with the results.

The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and cleanliness throughout the project. They were meticulous and ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. It's not every day you come across a company that takes such pride in their work.

Julio and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters! They showed up on time, completed the job in 2 days (despite rain) and clean up was immaculate. This is my third major roof works (whole roof replacement) since 2010. The roofers are professional and friendly, the transition was smooth. I am happy about the work done with high quality. Will have business again with the all over again.

We selected All Over Exterior Remodeling to replace our roof and do other related work, and we made the right choice. The work was done November 2018. We did some research on types of roofing material, e.g. Owens Corning and Timberline. We talked to people and narrowed it down to 3 leading roofing firms in the area. We met with the 3 roofing firms and selected All Over Exterior Remodeling because we had confidence in Julio Checon and decided on a Timberline roof.
Our roof was complex because the older part of our home was built in 1926 and still had the original cedar shakes with 2 layers of more modern shingles on top of that. Due to an addition and tudor design we have a lot of peaks and valleys. The team did an excellent job with all of the work. They work extremely hard and were very professional. Clean up was also done well. We recommend All Over Exterior Remodeling.

UPDATE JULY 2021. We have had no issues with the roof. This update is for the work done by All Over Exterior Remodeling to re-side our house in 2020. We hired All Over Exterior Remodeling to install Certainteed siding on our home, fall 2020. In early spring 2021 we noticed that some of the siding under a window is coming loose. We have tried many times to have them repair it, and they respond (text) yes, but never set up a date. I have read other reviews online that this firm does not respond to issues after the work is done. They do not honor their warranty.

We recently had our house sided and new gutters installed by All Over Exterior. Our house looks beautiful! The owner, Julio was great to work with and very responsive. The workers completed the job quickly but with close attention to detail, addressing every picky request we had, and kept the job site well maintained until the job was done. I highly recommend All Over Exterior to anyone.

All Over Exterior did a fantastic job. Julio the owner was easy to get in touch with and kept me very informed every step. They tore off my old leaking roof replaced damaged wood and installed a high quality new roof. Also got new gutters and guards. The crew was professional and very hard workers. The work was completed on time as promised. I was very impressed with the clean up!

After purchasing our home, we got estimates from three local businesses for a new roof. From the start, Julio was incredibly attentive and reassuring about the work that needed to be done. While we were looking for estimates, he was the only one of the three businesses who actually went up onto our roof to see the extent of the work that was needed.

Because of how friendly he was, detailed his explanation of the work was, and the very competitive quote that he gave us, we decided to hire All Over Exterior Remodeling for our new roof. We were incredibly pleased with how easy the process was, and that is definitely because of how customer service oriented Julio and his team are.

The job took three days, and Julio sent me text messages with pictures of the progress regularly. His crew was very tidy and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I cannot stress how friendly his team was!

Julio (owner) was so respectful and provided a thorough quote for a medium sized roof job. His price was very reasonable; he and his crew were very respectful. He even removed his shoes before coming in my house! His team did an excellent job on my roof - replacing siding and shingles on our dormers. Julio explained the extra steps he took to ensure the leak wouldn't happen and even added new insulation. The other vendor I quoted was $500 HIGHER and didn't mention anything about needing/adding new insulation. Great job Julio - I highly recommend them AND I will use them again!

All Over Exterior is a very professional company. We had our roof replaced. Julio is very knowledgeable. He showed us samples and explained the job in detail. They offer competitive pricing and completed the job in one day. I would definitely recommend them.

This company did both my roof and siding. The staffs were knowledgeable hard working and the price was reasonable. The job was beautifully done and Julio is just amazing to deal with. The job was done quick and timely. Highly recommended.

Julio is wonderful to work with, and his crew is the hardest and longest working group of men I have ever seen. Julio also did meticulous follow-up to make sure everything was to our liking. I needed a roof shingles replacement, so I look on Google for roofing contractors because I don’t have any other recomendation. I notice that All Over Exterior Contractor is the only one with 5 star reviews. I called in for a free estimates. Julio, the boss, give us so good impression that I decided to go ahead with him and do not look for a second opinion. The price was right.
I am glad I take that decision. I want to mention a couple of facts to prove my point
1. I did not find in my life a contractor that keep his words/promises. He is the only one. Always on time.
2. Julio team; experience, hard working, very clean.
3. During the work, his guys find out that my roof plywood must be replaced entirely and convince me that they are wright. I expected some delay in job because plywood was not in his schedule. Believe it or not, in less than an hour a truck came in with new plywood.
4. The funds for the new plywood was not in his estimates neither in my budget. Julio offer me a delay in my payment.
5. If some one find a better contractor, forget about Julio, but prove it to me that I am wrong.
6. All Over Exterior fully deserve 5 stars or more.

My experience with All Over Exterior Remodeling has been 100% positive. They came out in the winter to help assess a roof leak that was causing a lot of water inside the house. They immediately help alleviate the issue and came back as soon as conditions allowed to repair my roof. During the course of the repair I received expert advice regarding additional work that was recommended. The reason for the additional work was explained to me in a professional manner without a hard sell. The need for the additional repair was obvious and I'm glad that their attention to detail caught other problems before they grew into larger ones. Julio is extremely responsive and returns calls or texts promptly. He provided me estimates to use with my insurance company that clearly explained the nature of the damage and recommended repair. He is a true professional and I cannot say that I've had a more positive experience with any other contractor in any trade. He knows the right way to do a job and does not cut corners. His crew is a reflection of him and I trusted them completely to perform the work that was proposed. Julio was involved closely and daily with every aspect of the work and made sure that I was completely satisfied when the work was done. He is very hands-on, which is not always the case with contractors. I’d recommend All Over without any reservations.

In preparing my home for sale, one of the most important improvements needed was a new roof. My old roof had two layers of shingles and was due to be upgraded. I contacted several roofers in the area for proposals. Julio of All Over Exterior was very professional in his presentation. The roof was measured with a program that records an aerial view of the roof while estimating the number of squares needed for reroofing. He fully explained all the necessary details that would be included in the job (ridge vent, ice & water shield, drip edge, etc.). All the materials were quality GAF products, as All Over Exterior is a Certified GAF installer. The materials were shipped as scheduled, and the work commenced the next day. The job was performed flawlessly and Julio supervised the work in accordance with the proposal we had agreed to. All Over utilized a trailer with rubber tires to cart away the old shingles and debris, which was a benefit to me as my driveway is asphalt on an incline and I did not want to chance tearing it up with a huge dumpster . The workers left my property spotless, without a clue that a roof job had just been done.

In summary, Mr. Julio Checon runs a very straightforward roofing operation. He was very knowledgeable about the roofing process and translated the job well. His proposal was clear-cut and all inclusive. There were no hidden charges or surprises which 'popped-up' during the job. His workers performed their jobs without any problems and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site before they left. I would confidently recommend All Over Exterior for any roofing job you may have. The reroof experience and the final product actually exceeded my expectations.

We were looking for a contractor to replace the membrane roofing on our family room. We got quotes from 3 contractors, all of them in the same ball park, but All Over Exterior had more favorable reviews and suggested an improved way to do the roof the other contractors had not thought of. His men arrived promptly on time, were very polite, knowledgeable and worked together like a well rehearsed team. They completed the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up the area very nicely. No criticisms to offer; money well spent.

Julio was a pleasure to meet with and he seemed very knowledgeable about his trade. After receiving Julio's estimate, we found his prices to be fair and competitive. We felt confident that Julio would deliver on his promises so we contracted him to do the work. The job was done in a couple of days and we couldn't be happier with the results.
