Chad was fantastic to work with. We purchased a house that had some hail damage from a number of years ago that was never addressed. Chad helped put together a phenomenal report to take to the insurance company. After the first two insurance "professionals" walked on the roof and denied the claim, Chad met the third insurance "professional", a 3rd party engineer, to walk through it with him. The claim was accepted, and BIG then did a great job on our roof. Would recommend.
