My family and I are very thankful for the window installation work completed by you and your son on 5/11/23. While our experience with the window company concerning the overall ordering process and timeline has been a little frustrating, they greatly improved the overall experience by contracting the window installation work to your company. We have been nothing but impressed with the skill and professionalism you provided in installing our new windows. It is not uncommon for someone to just get things done as quick as possible and move on to the next job, but our experience with you and your son was exceptional. You were very personable in explaining the whole process and worked diligently to make sure the installation job was done thoroughly and to our satisfaction. You were willing to go above and beyond in doing certain things (moving furniture, removing / replacing curtains and blind, etc.) that would have been difficult for our family. We know there would have been many contractors that would have expected all of this to be handled by the customer. In fact, you were consistently accommodating in addressing any of our requested tasks and/or any of our questions.
As I mentioned to you, there are a couple of door repair / upgrades that I wanted to research with different potential companies, but I am already convinced you are our best option for these repairs. I look forward to working with you in determining the best options for these repairs, and I know it will be completed in the same professional and skillful manner as you have displayed with our window installation.
