They tore out and replaced the subfloor which had dry rot, removed and replaced the tub and shower, installed our beautiful vanities in both bathrooms, and did a great job matching the texture on the walls to where no one will ever know it was done. They paid attention to all the details: the texture as mentioned, the caulking was beautiful, they took care to protect our laminate floors while they were working, communicated well when they would be here everyday, AND took the time to acknowledge our 3 year old grandson with a smile or comment who made a comment to them every single time they walked through!
