Mediocre work and very poor follow through. Direct TV dish was damaged and shingles did not adhere properly on all of the roof. Follow up discussions focused on warranty promises and lack of follow through on remediation. Not what I would call good customer service when I always had to contact them. Based on this experience, I will not use them again nor can I recommend them. Too bad really, as it would have been fairly easy for them to have done right by me.

Sharing this for my mother: “Big thank you to Cody and his guys at All American Roofing & Restoration. Times are tough right now for so many, so I knew he’d have a waitlist, but that didn’t stop these guys. They got it done in 1 day & the work is pristine. They even cleaned up my flower beds and yard of any debris/nails.
Cody is knowledgeable, honest, and worked with my needs and the insurance company, taking the worry away for me. Very happy I went with them. Get on the list. It’s worth it.”
