I want to give a huge shout out to Justin. I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Justin listened to my concerns and followed up with me promptly. I now know what to look for and if there is a problem I will reach back out to him. I highly recommend All American Roofing and Restoration.

Mediocre work and very poor follow through. Direct TV dish was damaged and shingles did not adhere properly on all of the roof. Follow up discussions focused on warranty promises and lack of follow through on remediation. Not what I would call good customer service when I always had to contact them. Based on this experience, I will not use them again nor can I recommend them. Too bad really, as it would have been fairly easy for them to have done right by me.
