The worst company to work with, not only do they have the worst customer service but they are piece of trash human beings who don't pay their suppliers. if I could give them negative stars or even have their license revoked I 100% would. DO NOT DO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This repair crew was so great! Also gave us tips on painting that was very helpful for us when we go to paint the other parts of our home. Great job guys!

Excellent quality work and professional techs did absolute wonders in repairing the damaged areas and painted everything. Cleanup for us was very minimal. The techs cleaned up after themselves. They put plastic on the floors, carpets, over furniture

I go through my property manager who uses them a lot. I have no complaints about the quality of their work and the results of their remediation of my latest rental problem looked quite good. Their people are responsive.
I would suggest keeping in the communications loop between the insurance company claims adjuster and All American. For myself, I found a bit of a disconnect between them (a prior claim) due to the limitations of the insurer's email system. I gave it a little push and things rolled on. I was aware of the potential so kept an eye on it and things this time went better.
They did fine.

They were recommended by my insurance company in October 2021, and were sent out to do an estimate on the damages done on my property. They submitted a cost to complete the repairs, but then they scheduled my repairs to be done in January, I had to call them in January to see what was going on after they failed to show up on the day they scheduled. They came about a week later and fixed the 1' section of the roof drip edge. The estimate also included a new back patio awning. All American initially submitted a bid for the patio awning and drip edge, but then they hired a sub contractor to do thepatio awning work. The sub contractor didn't submit a bid to my insurance initially, even though All American said that they did and once they did, the bid was significantly higher than the bid All American submitted. I had to reach out to All American and tell them that they need to submit the new total to insurance, which they say they did, but insurance told me that they never received it.
Then when insurance did receive it, I didnt hear from All American repair on when they were going to do the patio awning. I had to call All American 3 different times, each time they said they would call me back, the first 2 times they never did. Finally when they did, they informed me that the price of the patio awning went up again about $2500 from the price they gave me, stating they had to add in their profit. Insurance only paid me 1/2 of the 2nd total submitted and would not release the other 1/2 of the depreciation until the work was completed. I could not complete the repair because I now cannot afford to.
The bottom line is this, All American is not a very efficient company, they basically left me hanging now to try and find someone else to complete the repairs, which they also told me nobody else would be able to complete the repairs without waiting another 9 months. They are poor at communication with their customers, they never even sent a contract until 7 months after the incident occurred with the needed repairs. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

All American Repair Services has been a complete nightmare to work with. I usually only write reviews for companies if I have something positive to say, but my experience with All American has been so terrible, that I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes of saving someone else from the headache. We hired All American Repair Services to complete a small mold remediation and repair in our kitchen. That was 6 months ago. The work is still not complete. The initial remediation went well but it took months for them to take down the plastic and start the repair work and the repair work has been a disaster. I call the office multiple times a week to ask when someone is going to come finish the work. Sometimes they show up, most times they don't. When someone does show up, I've been told several times that "I don't do this work. You will have to call the office and have them send someone else." Meanwhile we have received a certified letter from their office that they are going to put a lien on our house because we haven't paid! The work is not finished! Trust me, I can't wait to pay the invoice and be done with this company (and able to use my kitchen again) but the work needs to be complete. Also, they send us the lien notices without any other communication. It's also ridiculous because I speak with the office multiple times a week to inquire about the job and when it will be complete. Every day when I speak to Lorri in the office, she is nice and shocked it's not finished and says she will call me back and send someone, but the work is still incomplete and we just received a second harassment letter they were going to foreclose on our house. It is mind boggling the lack of communication and disconnect. It's also insane that I speak to Lorri multiple times a week and she is aware the work is not complete and said to ignore the first lien notice, but it is her notary stamp on the second lien letter! I will attach photos of our kitchen and the letters as warning to anyone reading this review. I also will attach pictures of the post stamps because it shows the invoice was mailed 1 day before the lien letter. 1 day. And, I must reiterate the invoice is for work that is not complete. And that they know is not complete. I will not sign and certify that the work is complete until it is, and I will not be bullied into doing so with their predatory tactics. I just read someone else's review that had a similar experience. I wish I had seen that review before we hired them. To finish our cabinet doors, we even had to hire a second company to come out and repair the work All American delivered. They also did a terrible job with my backsplash and scratched up all of my marble counter tops. I could continue with more details of this ridiculous saga and I wish that I had started documenting with photos sooner so I could share everything we have been through in painstaking agonizing detail, but it's just more of the same. This is an awful company and after I finish this review I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting my attorney. Also, I recommend checking this company's YELP reviews. There are a lot of bad reviews. Not a lot of negative reviews on Google but YELP is full of All American Repair Service horror stories.

Damir and his team are the most professional and knowledgeable group I have ever worked with! Thanks to his team my house was like new in a matter of months. It's my honor to recommend them.

My family and I went in to the office in 4/11/22, seeking work to pay a court fee, although they were unable to offer employment, they did offer a donation. They were extremely polite, kind and generous. I recommend them to anybody seeking their services.

My guest bathroom experienced some leaks into it from three floors above & All American Repair Services came in to evaluate the cost of the repair. To do this they ripped out 6' x 8' of drywall and the built in 1-sink vanity in November 2021. They said they would submit the cost of the evaluation work to my insurance and also provide me with a quote for repair plus the extensive remodel work (over $100,000) that I wanted done. After multiple calls they finally sent the president of the company (Damir Dupin) who said he would get back to me about the repairs & remodel. He never did, despite more calls. I finally heard from another resident 2 floors above me who had damage from the same leak) that Damir said the job was too small & wouldn't do it. I received absolutely NO communication from All American until Jan 8 2022 with a notice of Intent to Record a Lien against my property in the amount of $2,128.65. This included $279.44 of "additional services" over the amount they had just reported (finally!) to my insurance company after several months. The billing also included cost of work not done such as over $300 for removing and resetting the toilet in my guest bath. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS UNREPUTABLE AND UNSCRUPPULOUS COMPANY: THEY DON'T DO THE WORK THEY SIGN UP FOR AND OVERCHARGE FOR THE WORK THEY DO!

This company has tried to charged me for repairs they did not do and send me paperwork to lien my home, I went down an paid them in full 6 months ago and they have now send out something stating I own them more money. This company tries to double charge and scam people out of money with threats of placing a lien on their property, I will do everything I can to report them for what they are doing to people.

This company far exceeded the expectations! They went on the scene within hours of the fire. Secure the house and let us know that everything was going to be taken care of. Had great communication. They went above and beyond on every step to make sure things were taken care of and we were satisfied 100%. Thank you all for everything that you did!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. This company was the absolute WORST. They were hired to do mold removal, but took it upon themselves to do additional work in the kitchen that NO ONE asked them to do (and that we didn’t even want done), and then they tried to charge us for it! Insanity! That’s like if I went over to my neighbor’s house and mowed his lawn, and then sent him a bill for $5000 bucks saying “Yeah, you didn’t ask for it, but I did it anyway, so pay up!” You can’t do a job for someone that they didn’t ask for, at a price that they never agreed to. They’ve failed to provide us with any contract outlining the work they did for the price they are attempting to collect, but are still threatening us with a lien on our property. This is a mess that is going to end up in court. Steer clear of these guys.

Very professional company would recommend it to anybody first time I ever had my roof replaced and my exterior walls were stucco.They work extremely well with the home insurance companies. They did all the plans to make sure everything was covered all I had to pay was my deductible it took about five months for the jobs to get done once it was done it was 100% satisfactory I would recommend this company over and over. The staff and their team was a pleasure to work with.

Would recommend this company. Rafael twas the general contractor on my project. Very professional and took the time to explain every step of getting our house back together. Lorrie in the office was great at communicating with us from start to finish. Great job.

Their technicians are super nice, friendly, and respectful. The admin staff are also very responsive and attentive. The only reason I gave them four point five stars was because the invoice arrived with incorrect items listed, but the manager did fix it for me. Thanks AAR for your help.

All American Repair Services has provided our HOA complex and Property Management units with the best American made products. The team in the office are on top of every account, they are friendly and compassionate when leaks occur.
Their Project Manager has his phone “glued to his hip” and has never failed to answer a call for the 400 properties we are involved in. Professional and too, very compassionate towards your requests.
Estimates come within a day. Professionally typed and easy to read.
Their flooring and plumbing divisions are “top notch” too. Their restoration team is quick to respond and repairs are done with perfection and timely.

The owner, Damir, has been involved daily on over 70+ Roofs we did in a few months time. He and his Project Manager are on the property every single day. Where will you ever see that owners check up on your needs like that!!

The staff in the field are professionally dressed, kind, knowledgeable about their products and they explain what they are doing, and show you pictures of how they handled it when done... And.. they show up on time. Every vehicle is well maintained with pride.

The owner was an outstanding person. Jumped right in and took on the insurance company and got the approval for everything I needed to put my home back together after me flooding it. Excellent work and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would not reccomend them. My insurance sent them out to restore water damage. The dry wall was so lumpy and they missed a whole spot for paint. After that I decided to go with another contractor for the rest of the job. Then once they sent me an invoice they tried to charge me $1088 extra for work they never completed.

I had a huge mess from a plumbing problem. All American repaired everything in a timely efficient matter. Everyone from the company that I had contact with were courteous, caring, and hard working. When I need any work done in the future, it will be certainly be with this company.

The men were very nice and finished in a reasonably amount of time. They showed me a before picture and it would have been nice to have a copy of both the before and after pictures of the job as I cannot see the roof.
