The All About Roof team did a great job replacing the roof and skylights on our house. Despite the supply chain slow downs, they got the roof material we needed and installed it on time. They were quick to resolve some skylight issues and even found and fixed a couple of ventilation issues that were done incorrectly during the original build. The team was on time, professional, and cheerful. Cleanup was amazing! You would never know that the entire roofs for 2 buildings were torn off and replaced after the team finished cleaning up. We got more than our money's worth - materials, installation, and the required repairs. Highly recommend All About Roofs!

The team from All About Roofs worked from 8-5pm for 8 consecutive weekdays to finish our job. Each day they cleaned up the site and at the end, the job site had no construction debris/garbage to be found. The finished product looks amazing and the cost was one of the more reasonable bids I received. I haven’t received this level of service for a home project in a long time.

I just had a new concrete tile roof completed on my second story dormer by All About Roofs in Newberg, OR. All About Roofs hit a grand slam! They blended my used tile to create a perfect match. The roof construction team were very professional and respectful to my home and yard. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. Their supervisor, Josh, consistently came by to check the quality of the work. All About Roofs is a five star company. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Brad and his crew did an amazing job on our roof! They are kind, efficient and reasonably priced. It's a great relief having a roof over our heads that we know was done right! Awesome experience all the way around!

Very unprofessional. My wife called yesterday because our roof was leaking, Someone showed up who I believe was the owner, and I showed him what was happening and where. He told me ok now that I know where the problem is I will send someone out to take a look. Flash forward to today, no one came or called, so my wife text him to ask what the plan was and got a response of: my guys are busy this weekend, and nothing else. No timeframe, no apologies , just that. Very unprofessional and you will be better served looking elsewhere. I tried to keep it local as we live in Newberg, but this was terrible service. We wasted 2 days on this guy.

Great job on my roof. I was especially pleased with the timely and complete communication. The crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up every evening, they showed up as expected, or let me know that there was a change. They answered all my questions. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

All About Roofs LLC, of Newberg, Oregon just finished roofing our home in Sherwood. Josh and his team are the hardest working fellas I have ever seen. They were all very professional and answered every question. They also made design recommendations on skylights and tube lighting. Their installation was beautiful and you can tell they take great pride in their work. We would totally recommend All About Roofs to anyone. Pricing was very fair, product was great quality and workmanship and overall experience couldn't have been better.

All About Roofs did an excellent job working with me and my wife on getting our roof replaced. We started working with them last year and, due to budget restraints, had to postone till this year. They honored our bid from last year, got us scheduled right away, worked quickly on answering any questions we had and worked with us to ensure everything was done efficiently. Their work crew worked tirelessly to ensure it was done as quick as possible. After completion of the roof they did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was impressed how carefully they sweeped w/ magnets to ensure staples were not left on the driveway for my wife and I to run over them. Excellent job! I've already referred them to a couple of my neighbors whom were asking.

Brad Watson gave me a very fair price and is very trustworthy. His crew did an excellent job on both our house and the shop. One of the most diligent crews I've had the pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough about Josh the field manager. He answered every text, call and has great follow up. His customer service alone would make me recommend All About Roofs to anyone needing repairs or complete replacement. Great group of guys.

I needed my roof done on short notice and these guys got it done. I cannot say enough about this company and how the crew out performed all expectations. The cost was very competitive and the service was outstanding. I have had several houses reroofed in the past but this one surpasses all of them for the quality of service by all concerned. He came on a Friday, told me he would drop off estimate on Monday. No show and no phone call Monday thru Friday. The following Monday, I called again, and he tells me I have your bid ready and I'll be there tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday. Again no show no call. An entire week wasted waiting around for this Putz...
I want to add one more thing. I asked him how can you give a accurate estimate without going up on the roof, he tells me that he uses a satellite company that can zoom in on the roof, and he can see everything that needs to be done. Oy vey!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. He never did any work for me but he didn't seem to want it. I called two days in a row to schedule for him to come look at my leaking roof. He told me he would be by that afternoon and never showed up. He didn't even bother to call to tell me he wasn't coming or to apologize for standing me up or return my call. I spent two days waiting around my house for him to show up. It is a terrible representation of your business.

My mom had them do a roof just a few years ago. It has been leaking for the past couple. They have come out twice to fix it and it still leaks. The dry wall is now ruined in many places and has to be replaced. Can not get ahold of anyone. All message boxes are full. Going have to file an insurance claim and possibly a small claims or more. Hopefully the insurance will just go after them. VERY frustrated. Would not hire again!!
