Alfredo's did a great job on our stucco repair and replacement of a lot of rotten trim. Paint job was detailed and excellent. Milton did a great job managing the workers and they showed up early each day when rain did not threaten performance. If they thought something was not or did not look right, they asked us before proceeding.

Milton and his team did a fantastic job with my stucco repair. My house had a lot of tiny cracks in the stucco, and I had some trouble finding a company with stucco expertise who could repair it. I was very happy to find Milton, who gave a very fair price. His team finished on schedule, and I’m very happy with how my house looks.

Milton and Alfredo's Restoration did a chimney repair and wall stucco job for me in Westchester County. The estimate given was competitive with other estimates I had received, so the pricing was fair. The work was outstanding. The chimney is about 30 feet high and is 25 years old. It now looks like new. All cracks were repaired and the stucco work appears excellent. They matched the paint beautifully, so the whole side of the house now looks very sharp. The work was done timely and carefully, and the clean up was thorough. It all went off exactly as discussed in the estimate. Based on this project, I have to recommend these guys highly. Terrific job.

Milton and the entire Alfredo’s team are a joy to work with. What started out as a relatively straightforward stucco siding job, turned into a rather tricky roof rebuilding job when we discovered that our roof was rotting and structurally unsound. Milton was a great help through the entire process, and they were able to turn it around in record time. The work is of the highest caliber. I highly recommend, and I plan on using Alfredo’s again (for some less urgent jobs).
