From the initial estimate to the final invoice, Xavier asked all the right questions, clarified what we wanted, confirmed the plan, and executed flawlessly. They did a fantastic job painting our home—very detailed, thoughtful, and committed to high-quality work. What can I say about Xavier and his crew? They were great. I received five bids for my exterior house painting job and Xavier’s was the second highest; which is to say he is competitive in his pricing. I picked ALCH because I liked HIM the best. Xavier seemed honest and trustworthy and those were two important factors for me. This is not a 9-5 crew, this is a 7am-whenever it takes to get the job done crew so if that does not work for you, please make sure you are direct with them about your timing. They were clean and courteous and respectful of me and my property. Xavier was right on with his timing/schedule we had agreed to back in February. He made sure to show me they were using the paint we had agreed to. We walked the house a few times when they were done to find any issues that I wanted fixed before they left. They were going to finish another job one day and leave the house masked and were very kind and made sure all the outside lights were operable and that I could get out to walk the dog before they left. I would absolutely use ALCH painting again and even asked him for an estimate for another project before they were done painting the exterior. Thank you, Xavier!

Xavier and his team just finished painting our house. We were so impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail that they all displayed. They caulked every seam in our siding, scraped and primed every piece of trim, replacing those that had dry rot, and hand painted the drip edge of every piece of siding. They also loosened the downspouts and painted under every one. As a small business owner, Xavier was very involved in our entire project and he placed a lot of trust in his highly capable crew. The closer I look at the finished product, the more impressed I am with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Xavier and his team at ALCH Quality Painting. I can’t recommend Xavier and his ALCH crew enough. Fast and accurate quoting. And he arrived with paint samples before other contractors could meet for a quote! ALCH did such a fabulous job with my difficult colour choice, the painting is exactly what I wanted and their clean up and respect of my home was also outstanding. I intend to return to ALCH for all of my future projects.

Thank God we found Xavier. We hired a contractor to do some work and he left the wall and ceiling in a mess. The textures and the color were off. But we were able to find Xavier to do the texturing and painting to fix the cosmetic issue left by the contactor. Xavier is quick to respond and was able to send his team quickly for the fix. The ceiling and walls look like new. Highly recommend him and his team. Don't forget to reach out to him for a quote. The price is very reasonable.

Xavier and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were on time, gave us a great quote to stain our fence and provided us with the highest quality of service. We are more than satisfied with the work that they did. Many of our neighbors have complimented on their work too! Last summer we had this company paint our garage. It had never been painted before but we couldn't be happier with the results. They were really great to work with, they gave us a good price, and did the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I agree and appreciate everyones past reviews. We got a few estimates to paint our exterior and Xavier seemed to be the most detailed and included things others wanted as add on services, like painting doors, second coats and primer on problem areas before painting. They went above and primed not just our cedar shakes as written but the whole front of our house that was most need of painting at no charge. Then he painted our front door if we got the paint since he was already there. This is our second time painting the house and now realize the other painters skipped a few important things. We are incredible happy with the quality and finished product. They even took a shop vacuum to the deck after cleaning up everything. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his team. Hope I never have to paint our house again but would definitively use and recommend them.

Alch painting just finished a complete repaint of our one bedroom apartment. The unit had not been painted in over 15 years and needed significant plaster repair, soot mitigation from the fireplace, and serious degreasing of kitchen walls and cabinets. This company did an outstanding job of repairing the problems and beautifully repainting all surfaces. Xavier, Nick, and their crew did an excellent job organizing, prepping, and painting our 3000 square foot house plus garage earlier this spring. Starting with the estimate, I could tell that we were going to have a good experience. They did not disappoint. They were flexible and accommodating in their working with us in both scheduling and the actual painting. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Since I work from home I was able to observe their whole process during the entire job. The skill of all of them in both preparation and the finish painting is extremely professional and the outcome of the job shows it. We couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Our home incorporates cedar in exterior beams, posts, under deck soffits, roof support braces and doors and window trim.

In years past, maintenance consisted of cleaning/sanding/resealing at three-year intervals to maintain the beauty and condition of the wood. Fast-forward to the present with the last maintenance done 6-years ago (thanks covid) with the cedar woefully showing significant peeling and black mold spots throughout. At best, we hoped to find a company to make the wood aesthetically pleasing. Imagine our surprise when ALCH took the time and effort to restore our cedar and bring new life to the worn-out wood.

Xavier and this team painted the interior walls, ceilings, and stairwells of our four-floor condo building. They did an excellent job and took great care to protect the carpets, baseboards and other areas from paint drips. I am very happy with the work done and the time it took for completion.
