A big thank you to Albrecht & Son for doing fine job with our home in Surprise. We had them do the renovation and upgrades to both bathrooms and the powder room. The Albecht staff were all great to work with, including project manager, Joe, as well as the crew, who were friendly, professional, and on time. We highly recommend Albrecht & Son.

Throughout the years I have tried various contractors but nothing compares to this company Albrecht and son. They came in and remodeled my bathroom it looks gorgeous I cannot thank you enough for the professionalism that you've shown to cleanliness and the quality of the work is very good I would hardly I would highly recommend this company to anyone

We called Albrecht & Son, LLC (September 2022) for an estimate for an extensive home remodel. A representative from the company came out to discuss our remodel with me. He kept saying that "This is going to be expensive" Well, yes, I explained this on the phone that it was a total house remodel with walls moving. This is not my husband and my first rodeo with remodels! We have done quite a few and very realistic on cost. A few days later I received a phone call from them. In order for them to give us an estimate on the work, they requested a $10,000 "retainer" fee. I have never heard of anything this preposterous! We were not asking for professional drawings etc, but an estimate. A reputable contractor should be able to give an estimate on how much it is to remove/replace some walls, put in tile, cabinets, electrical, enclose an screened in patio, and add a golf cart garage. Of course issues come up, but my husband and I have done this before with other houses and NEVER have we been asked for a retainer. If this job was too big for Albrecht and Son, I would rather them just tell us that this job is outside of their scope than give us some bologna about a $10,000 retainer to obtain an estimate. Perhaps if you need a room painted, or replacing cabinets this could be your place. But if you have a major overhaul, bypass Albrecht & Son unless you do not mind paying a $10,000 retainer to obtain an estimate.

We had Albrecht & Sons bid four projects. They just completed two of four and we are thrilled. The first was a guest bathroom remodel and the second was a ceiling repair. We just signed the contract for the third which is replacing all interior doors and hardware and wood trim and baseboards. We are particular and they are amazing. They are super easy to deal with and their work is stellar. Everyone from the owners of the company, office staff and their contractors were professional and courteous. We highly recommend them. Good work Albrecht!

The crew at Albrecht is exceptional. There is not enough space to say how great they are. Their work was perfect and they went above and beyond my expectations. One of best things was, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Dan was so nice to deal with during the initial meeting and continued to follow through. John, Ulie and Troy were so professional. You may find a cheaper bid but you won't find a better result anywhere else.

Best part about work with Albrecht and Son it is family owned and professional. I received a fair bid for wallpaper removal. There team did a wonderful job removing old wallpaper in kitchen and two bathrooms. Happy I chose them and I will be having more work done.

Their goal is to "Provide superior service ..., and unwavering support." This may be true, but don't bet on it if you have to cancel work because you are diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. This company took thousands of dollars from my aunt, who passed away BEFORE any work could begin on her home. Because she signed a contract they could legally keep 25% of the total price, despite the cancellation being a literal matter of life and death. Albrecht & Son LLC ignored all human decency in the name of profit. Find another company.

Not professional their work is questionable I should have went somewhere else for service. Feels like they just hire anyone off the street and
Management is poor does nothing to make the customer happy. Will never use again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else, this place isn’t worth your money.

I had various painting projects that needed to be attended to.
I had to watch the painter at every turn including cleaning the outside stucco before painting the area. Wrong stain on wood gate was used.... another "discussion" had to be undertaken..... they used wrong paint and colors on metal..... another "discussion" . I was worn out. Should not have been necessary

I had interior & exterior of my home painted & epoxy installed on patio floor. There were no issues & everyone I delt with was very friendly & professional.
