This has to be one of the best contractors I’ve ever used in my life. Francisco is down to all the details with our paint of our exterior of our home. His crew is very hard-working, especially here in Arizona in 115° heat

MVK Top Painting is definitely five star. The owner, Francisco has set the bar very high for others to emulate. Francisco explained his process showing us videos of each stage of the job taken from previous jobs. He was so thorough on this process that my wife and I were already sold on hiring him to paint the outside of our home. He is extremely knowledgeable about painting, has incredible skill and great attention to detail. Francisco has a true passion for the job and was very easy to work with. Francisco had his crew on time every time as scheduled. His crew was also very friendly and never seemed to slack off. If you are looking to have your home painted this is the company to get it done. I highly recommend them.

These guys painted the entire exterior if our house. Francisco was the person who quoted the cost and managed the job. The entire project was very well done, Francisco was very professional, we think the house looks better than it did when we purchased it almost 10 years ago. I would highly recommend th m to anyone.
On a side note, I asked th m if they could fix some damage to some drywall inside the house, they added it to the job, fixed it in one day and you can’t see where the wall was ever damaged.

Francisco and his crew were fantastic. Prep works was well done. They pressure washed and taped off the entire house. Cracks were cleaned and filled. Painting was well done. Absolutely no complaints.

The whole painting experience was wonderful, from the quote, assistance, choosing the colors, prep work, the entire painting event and to final clean up. The job was really well done, down to the fine details of fixing cracks, holes, caulking, and sealing the foundation . Really outstanding and done in a couple of days. Not only did they do an amazing job, but when I screwed up and reversed the main color of the house with the bump out color, Francisco didn't flinch. He explained that what was on the house was just the primer (which already looked amazing) and that he would take the remaining back to Sherwin Williams and see if they could tint it to the right color. It took more than an hour of HIS time and a few tries to get it just perfect! Of course we paid for the extra paint that was needed. Thank you Francisco and crew. I'm proud of how beautiful my house looks.

Francisco explained the entire process from start to finish. The team was very thorough, timely, and detailed. They worked around a little bit of rain, and us giving them the wrong paint color for the trim. He was able to go to his paint supplier and tint the color to match perfectly saving us the cost of new paint. We got Francisco‘s name from a friend who had their house painted as well. And it looked great just like ours does. I’m so glad we chose to go with MVK painting.

We hired MVK Top Painting to paint our 5 year home we purchased new in March 2020. We chose a 4 color change of the roofline wood facia, house stucco, gutters and garage doors. Finished off with stone enhancement on all the rock around the home. It also included dry lock applied to the foundation around the exterior of the home 3 inches deep.
What we received was a brand new paint and stone exterior far superior to the original builder.
