This is the second time I've used Santay Roofing & I am just as happy the second time around as the first. Jorge is great at sending photos & videos from the roof so you don't have to do any climbing to see the condition & how the new underlayment is installed.

Santay Roofing is the best! Jorge is honest, reliable, and responsible! He quickly came to our rescue; evaluating the problem and then worked diligently to fix it. I highly recommend him for all your roofing needs. We will definitely use his skilled services again, if needed. He knows how to get the job done right!!

Great Communication! Showed up and completed the work as promised. I come from a Mechanical/Construction background ground. These guys know exactly what they are doing. Kept me well informed throughout the whole roof replacement. They are the real deal. Cant think of one negative or improvement they need.Jorge and Lucy are the nicest and most likable people !!!!

Santay roofing did a great job from quote to install/clean up.
Jorge and Lucy were great with communication and working with my schedule.
After a thorough inspection, they gave me a few options and never pressured me to decide. Unlike another company/salesman who told me "I have a crew free next week and if you pay a deposit today, I can reduce the cost". Meanwhile that bid was 1.5x higher than Santay. And the guy never even got on the roof!! He just said, "we've done hundreds of these, I can tell how big it is and what you need". What a clown.
I got a total of 5 quotes and felt the best about Jorge, he really takes pride in doing the job right.
They completed the job in 2 days and Jorge was on site. Not like bigger companies where a salesman gets the job/contract and turns it over to a crew to do the work.
If you are reading this b/c you have a roofing issue, call Santay. I proudly recommend them.

Jorge and his team did an amazing job on my roof. From the estimate to the two day job and clean up, everything was perfect. There were no left over nails on the ground or loose ends. They even ensured to replace multiple wood panels as part of the tear off as they noticed they were aging. Lucy was also very responsive and very helpful throughout the process. Thank you!

Santay Roofing did a wonderful job of assessing the repairs needed on our roof. Jorge took pictures and came down to show me the problems and explained how he could fix it to not happen again. He also found the original contractor skimped and didn’t install the tiles with the proper overlap to use less tiles, so Jorge added another row to do the job right! His quote was competitive and they completed the job in two days. The work quality was first class.
