Very happy with the service so far. They did a great job with the spring clean up. There was an error with the billing so I called to see what was up. Vanessa was very nice and looked into it right away. She informed me they got a new system and were working out the kinks. She corrected everything and all was well. I am very impressed and look forward to seeing how well they do this summer.

I have been meaning to write this review since last year. Two years ago, they left a flyer on our house for lawn service. They came to our house to inspect our property, gave us a quote, which we accepted. The work was performed and we paid the bill. The following year (last year) they gave us a flyer indicating that they will do the same service for the same price. We accepted. They came and did the service, but they missed cleaning a chunk of our lawn. We reached out to them to let them know and their response was that the amount we were charged was too low, so they will only come out to clean the missed spot if we agree to pay more. We let them know that they were the one that offered us the price based on the prior year already performed work, which they had also quoted to us based on their own inspection to begin with. This angered them, and they said that we can either accept the work as is, or we can pay extra for them to clean up the missed spot. They also let us know that they would not be doing business with us anymore (as if we would want to, lol). Very strange behavior, and we happily switched to another lawn service.

I was looking for some prices on services. answered phone and instantly started answering my questions. She was very helpful with her description of prices and services. 3 other places gave me the runaround so I was happy Alaska Premier Services had answers rather than wanting to call me back. Thanks

WE had snow removed with the loader and the person doing the job did a great job, very professional and friendly. Would hire you again and actually called to have a quote for lawn service.

I am very happy with my service included some before and after photos. I contacted Alaska Premier Services to shovel snow off of a roof at a rental property that I own. They were very upfront about their 3 week back log (which was actually less than several other businesses I had called). They sent multiple emails to update me as to when they would be able to get to the roof, and despite additional snow volumes accumulating in the 3 week time period they still came in right on their quoted price for getting the job done (which was 8 man hours due to the amount of ground clearing necessary). Their quoted price matched or beat 4 different companies/individuals that I had also contacted for the job. Their workers showed up and completed the job without me having to be involved at all and got all the walkways and driveway around the building cleared as well so no access was blocked for my tenants. They only left one small overhang unshoveled due to it being unsafe to stand on. They also took care not to scrape down and ruin the shingles as I’ve seen some companies do. I would definitely work with Alaska Premier again in the future.

Awful service, they were her a little over a hour. Didn’t finish roofs. I asked to do over garage since I had almost 3 hrs left in min charge and they didn’t do and just left. Also do back deck which they just cleaned up their mess.

They came back and finished up. Now, I’m very pleased with the work they did.

Snow removal from roof. Provided estimate, showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned snow away from the walkways well, came in under estimate. What’s not to love?

They will not start mowing services until June 11th and I am supposed to pay extra if my yard is not being maintained - yet the people I'm paying to maintain my lawn will not maintain my lawn in a timely manner as requested.

I have to plan in advance for the days they come, so I can make sure my dog is not home and the yard is unlocked. It costs me extra money in dog sitting whenever they delay, which has happened a few times.

Their prices are very high.

I don't mind paying money for services when it's worth the cost and actually hassle-free. This place is not hassle-free. Save your money.

A few weeks ago your staff did the spring-cleaning service at my home. They were very thorough and professional and were at it for hours until my place looked immaculate. A few days later they returned to apply lime and fertilizer. I am very happy with the services provided, and I will be using your services for the season. I would (and have) recommend your company to others.

Hired this wonderful company last spring for my lawn services. Have been very pleased with all their hard work. Now have them for my winter services and it has been outstanding. Driveway all plowed. Sidewalk shoveled and salted. The teams have done an incredible job and highly recommend them. I am extremely pleased with their services.

This crew was top notch. They completed work in a timely manner, followed through on my requests, and we’re all very professional. I highly recommend this crew and company to complete annual yard/leaf clean up.

The 4-man crew arrived at approx. 9:30 and completed a thorough job by 11:30. They were thoughtful, courteous and efficient, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Will most assuredly use Alaska Premier in the future.

For some reason, Google only lists summertime services here. If that's all you're using these guys for, you're missing out on a truly "Premier" winter maintenance crew! We have contracted with APS for the last 3 years to keep our parking lot and sidewalks clear, and they have been exceptional. They're easy to communicate with, and have been very responsive to changing conditions. Get them under contract for the next snow season! And if you're wondering if you should spend the extra money on premium sidewalk service...? You should.

The workers were mostly young people. They were very energetic (they hustled). They were very respectful, polite and responsive to my questions and instructions.

This whole experience was easy from start to finish! The lady I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was so nice and helpful, and told me exactly what to expect since it was my first time using a yard service. I made an appointment, and they actually came a week early to do our front and back yards! They were fast and efficient, and our yards look better than ever. I would suggest Alaska Premier Services to anyone looking for yard work or yard cleanup!

I highly recommend Alaska Premier Service it is not often I get to work with a company that is responsive and values integrity.

They have to be the best at what they do although I haven’t tried all the rest. There’s no reason to. They also do snow removal and I highly recommend them.

They did the Fall Cleanup for us. As always they did a very good job. Really appreciate that they take the bags with them. We also use them for the Spring Cleanup.

Company provided weekly mowing plus pre season prep and winterizing/fertilizing. Also hauled away clippings and leaves. The team was young and hard working. The office folks are friendly and responsive. Recommend!

They did an overhaul on our property...helped create a dog run, a trailer gravel pad, leveled and seeded our huge lawn, and created more flat lawn from overgrown brush. They created a beautiful rock bed at the entrance to our driveway and a large boulder monument for our address. With Covid there were some delays, but overall they were great to work with and very reasonable. Definitely would recommend them for anyone needing landscaping.

I can not say enough good things about this company! I called them for a yard clean up and some trash debris. They called when they arrived because it was more trash than I was aware of. They wanted to confirm the extra work and give me a quote. I told them to go ahead and they did a great job! So professional, amazing at communicating and timely! Highly recommend them!

I found out about Alaska Premier Services from several neighbors who use them every year. After trying them out, I can see why. I’ll be using them again soon!

We have used Alaska Premier Services (APS) over the past two winters for snow plowing service. Mike and his team are timely and very good at their job. Our driveway is large and challenging but APS handled it with ease. We had a bit of grass damaged from the plowing service but Mike and his team have walked the job and will make all the necessary repairs for for no additional cost. We also used APS for the installation of some gravel walkways in our backyard last fall and that turned out great. Mike is a great listener, he will listen to your idea and then his knowledge and experience come in and he can build on your idea and explain the process. Input from me and my wife was always considered and addressed. His team of workers were professional and efficient workers. We have some additional yard work and landscaping work for Mike and his team this spring/summer and look forward to the finished product. What makes a business successful nowadays... honest, trustworthy, professional, prompt and a good value. We found this in a big Alaskan way at Alaska Premier Services.

They actually came back a second time and picked up additional leaves that had fallen. My front and back yards were absolutely perfect. I hired Alaska Premier to come and do a Spring Cleanup...full service with lime, fertilizer, thatching as needed, mowing and cleaning up all the yard bits from winter and spring. Wow...what a job they did! The team of 4 showed up and busted the job out...and left with all the bags (a lot!). I am very happy with the job, and will have them come back and do more as needed and I will have them do my Fall Cleanup too. The team was courteous from start to finish...starting with scheduling and discussing the options and my special yard needs (Thanks Wendy!) to meeting the team onsite including owner Mike Anderson. Before I used Alaska Premier Sevices, I had used about three other lawn services. From week to week I found myself going over what they had missed or just didn't remember to do. Then, Mike with Alaska Premier gave us a bid and they started doing our lawn service; that was about 4-5 years ago. I simply would not consider using any other company to keep our yard looking beautiful, and would highly recommend anyone reading this to have Mike stop by. The guys that he employs are an extension of his values, and will do a great job for a great price- believe me! I have found the best that Anchorage has to offer in lawn services and landscaping. Give them a call- you won't regret it. When you do, find out all th other things that they are skilled at doing.

My yard hadn't been touched all summer long and my back yard was like a jungle (you have to weed whack the entire backyard because it's super rocky). I called and the same day they came out and looked at it, gave me an estimate, and the next day they were out here! They did an excellent job, left no mess, and the price was awesome!
