Highly recommend!! Drace came very quickly. He was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Just the person you want when your roof needs some help.

We had a leaking roof, my mom recommended to have Drace swing by and look at the house. Drace came over while it was raining, seen the leaks and found the damage on the roof in the rain!!! He made the process very easy for us, including dealing with the insurance company. I know dealing with the insurance company isn't something anyone wants to deal with but Drace was in our corner and it a painless process. I couldn't recommended this company enough and when you call ask for Drace.

To AKC pros. I'd like to thank you for coming to the rescue when other companies failed. I had two other contractors from other roofing companies failed to show and represent me properly with my insurance company until AK see project manager Valerie Watson came on the scene. Valerie and owner Heather Ward met my insurance adjuster and their District engineering manager at my home after reopening my claim for hail damage on my rough and gutters. After their inspection that day it was determined that my roof and gutters needed to be replaced due to storm damage. I would not recommend using AKC Pros. If you enjoy getting false promises (lied to), lack of communication, picking up their trash, and waiting 2 months for getting facia boards put on that were knock down during installation, then this is the company for you.

Everything started off smooth with Travis, he inspected my home and confirmed storm damage. we the discussed items I wanted fix along with my roof. I also wanted chimney caps replaced, the facia boards, and gutters on my houes. After starting the insurance process for the roof and gutters (contract for roof already signed), I was then told by Travis that they could not installed facia boards on my house. In the short time period of them needing to be installed I could not find a contractor to install facia boards on my house. I took a weekend and installed them myself.
During my roof install September 27; one facia board on my detached garage was knocked off and another broken in half. I did not pick it up I left it laying in the same spot. I also spent 1-1/2 hours picking up trash and nails left behind by the roofing crew. The facia board was not reinstalled until they wanted payment on December 9th. During the time frame between September 27, and December 9th I asked several times about my chimney caps was then told they do not install them.

Now time for the gutters it is currently December 19 my roof was installed on September 27; I still do not have gutters and will not be getting gutters installed by AKC. insurance only covered down spots not the actual gutters. Due to lack of damage and evidence of said damage. AKC stated they sent all the pictures of damage, and said the insurance is playing games and don't want to pay. I sent many emails and text messages to have a quote performed for the gutters (I would have paid the difference). I never received a quote. I did receive a contract to sign for down spots only. I then sent more emails and text and never got a response from AKC. At this point I am done with this company and will only recommend people not to use them.
Also make sure you get an itemized bill and compare it with your insurance payments, I had almost 500$ of work that was being charged but not performed. If you call in and talk to Greg (real class act) and ask for an itemized bill he will have no clue as to what an itemized bill is.
long story short save yourself the headache and don't use AKC PROs

Our contractor Drace Snider was very professional. He helped us through the whole process! The office staff was instrumental in filing and helping with the insurance claim from start to finish! A hail storm in March, followed by a tornado in May, had the exterior of my home severely damaged.

Valerie, Heather and the rest of the team at AKC Pros were great to work with! They got my roof and gutters completely replaced to new - looking better than they did before the storms.

While my home was repaired quickly, struggles with the insurance company dragged on for nearly 6 months. The AKC team members were there for me every step of the way. I suggest you have roofing specialists like these folks in your corner or you could be out thousands of dollars more than your deductible by the end of the claim process! Luckily that didn’t happen to me. Thanks guys!

Company came highly recommended. I called twice to try and set up getting a quote. No one answers the phone. Forwarded to a voicemail both times. Left a message with a Josh Carver and never received a call back. Job went to a company that promptly calls back and answers the phone.

Irene came recommended by a friend and she was great to work with. Our insurance company wasn’t going to renew our policy due to the age of our roof so I filed a claim before our policy expired. She got our roof and gutters replaced through our insurance. They did not want to originally approve anything but she was able to get them to cover everything. She kept us informed throughout the whole process which took a while because our ex insurance company took forever. She and whole AKC team worked hard to get everything done. The install team was awesome. They did the install on the hottest 2 days of the year and did a great job. I know how a roof should be installed and they did it the right way. They even painted our old vent pipes to match our new black roof. Highly recommend Irene and AKC Pros.

Paul dealt directly with our claims adjuster and was a tremendous intermediary, especially when the insurance company tried to say that we owed them money back from the project. Upon moving into our new home less than a year ago, we learned the old roof had been improperly installed and did not have adequate venting. The attic space was essentially cooking the roof and despite being only 8 years old it had aged well beyond that. Paul gave us a free inspection and estimate and determined that we had hail damage. He dealt directly with our claims adjuster and the project was completed in less than 2 weeks. We called a few weeks ago because we have had a leak for a little while. Paul came out and took a look at it the very same day! He's such a nice guy and very professional. He helped us create a claim with our insurance company and helped work with them to get us the best opportunity to get it repaired. I have very much appreciated the manner in which Paul Davis has handled my claim thus far. Everything has been explained to my satisfaction and he has helped me in how to handle the claim with my insurance company. Now waiting on copy of the contracts, expenses and billing information. Also need small gutter guard replaced the was broken off during roofing as well as checking the flashing placed around my chimney to ensure it is properly sealed against moisture.

State Farm was a nightmare to deal with, but Josh at AKC Pros did the hard work so I didn’t have to. Then when my bid came in way below what we expected, Josh worked with State Farm to make sure I got every penny I deserved. My new roof looks beautiful and I didn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket! The best contractor I’ve ever worked with and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

So far, great process and positive experience. Paul Michael Davis has done a great job doing all the legwork for me with the insurance company. He went to bat for me when the insurance company was only going to replace 20 shingles and showed the them that they could not match my current shingles. I haven’t had to do anything. It’s good to have someone battling for you that knows what they’re doing. My hope is that the insulation process will go just as smooth as the quoting process. I have no doubt that it will. We were blessed to have Paul Davis come out and inspect our roof. He came out took photos and handled the communication between our home owners insurance, taking all the stress off of us. He's been top of the line professional in all of his communication with not only the insurance company but with us as well. He was able to not only get approval for our roof to be repaired, but also our outbuilding roof replaced and water damaged ceilings repaired. We couldn't of done it without him. Paul Michael came out got an inspection and God Love Him, he found the leak. It was a vent cover that blew off. He found it in the yard and put it back on for free. Then came back out a week later and screwed it in, so that it wouldn't fly off again.
Then we asked him if he would clean out our gutters. He said he couldn't do it right then and would come back out and do it because he had to go to another home. And you know what, he just showed back up today with Leaf Blower in hand and clean the gutters out and when we tried to pay him, he wouldn't take any money.

I don't know what you people are putting in the water at AKC PROS but keep doing it because Paul Michael says that he works with the best and everyone there would drop everything to help anybody.

Josh was so kind to see the for sale sign in my yard and stopped to tell me there was hail damage in the area from the storm the night before. I contacted AKC Pros because I noticed some water staining on my ceiling. They sent Lee out and he got on my roof to see what was going on. He found and showed me all the places where the roof was 'spongy' and there were places where water was able to get in. He then gave me a recommendation and helped me understand how to work with my insurance company to get the best possible solution. I'm still waiting to hear back from my insurance rep but I plan on using AKC Pros when I do.
