AJ Dowd and his team recently replaced the roof on our home in Littleton. We have a Victorian home with many crazy angles including a turret. I know that this is a very difficult roof, very high with a big pitch. They took the job on and in short order had it completed. Outstanding workmanship, it even looks nice. Roofing Solutions replaced the roof on our house this week, very satisfied with the entire process from proposal to final walk thru. A very skilled crew stripped the old roof and installed the new one in a very organized and well thought out process. Safety and protection of the property was a priority at all times, communication and validation from the vendor constant. Final cleanup was thorough and zero landscape issues. I talked to AJ at AJ Dowd Services about getting a new roof. I got three price quotes for the job. The lowest number that AJ gave was his guess. I called as many of his names as I could because I am a general contractor myself and was a little wary. Everyone had good things to say, and AJ's estimate was about right for how much a roof in my area usually costs. Not only were the other builders' quotes higher than AJ's, but they were also higher than the average cost of roofing in my area. The work was done very quickly and professionally by his team, who I gave the job to. They put in three new skylights and saved three other solatube (round) skylights. They also put in new lead chimney flashing, new pvc rake and fascia trim, new gutters, and took off the old shingles and put them back on. In an area above my cathedral ceiling that was giving me trouble, they changed some plywood and insulation. The best part was that they cleaned up really well. Anyone who needs roofs should hire AJ Dowd Services. We felt like AJ cared about us, and he checked in with us several times during the work and after it was done to make sure we were happy.

We called AJ dowd services for a leak repair. Aj was very responsive and was able to come out in a timely mannaer to evaluate the siruation-. Although additional work was needed Aj was
willing to work with us when we were ready to move forward with the project. We ended up calling him back to move forward with replacing the roof job was done in a timely manor professional and stress free. I highly recommend Aj dowd services for all roofing and siding needs.
