Looking at all your replies to all these reviews it looks like you strive to give top quality service here at AJ Dohmann but I tell you what that is far from what I received.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Brought my 2024 Zr2 diesel truck in 2 weeks ago for numerous things that would all have been covered under warranty.

Only 1 of the 4 things I brought it in for were actually fixed and they tried charging me $280 for having to take some components of my trucks BDS lift to change a rear main seal oil leak. After I refused to pay for it they tried to get the place who installed my lift to pay for it & it was discovered that they didn't actually have to take components off they just had to work around the lift. I find this very shady as my truck also came from the factory with a lift. Ultimately I left not having to pay it but they left so many things on my truck not fixed.

Diesel fuel inlet broken. Rob told me he had it on desk & forgot to change it.

Axle locker service light on.- Light is still on & Rob said I told him not to fix that. Not sure why I'd bring my truck in for something then say don't fix it but ok...

Truck has smoked under the hood every day for 13k miles. Rob tells me he drive it himself and it never smoked one bit.

Rob tells me when I brought the truck in that under the truck there was alot of oil & def on the frame. He said the def could be leaking and that's what was causing the smoke since it was scentless. Upon picking up the truck he tells me that there is no def leak and he's not sure where the def came from.

I was told that my truck would be fixed in a few days & they would give me a rental. 2 weeks later with only 1 issue fixed(well hopefully fixed) I'd say that was a lie. Not to mention my truck sat in there parking lot for a week straight in the same spot.

This has been such an unpleasant experience that I would not recommend anyone go there.

If you know the right people, great deals! If you don't have those connections, from a more than a few people's personal experience they would never recommend to the average everyday blue collar worker even with an excellent credit score! You'll think your getting a good deal until it turns out to be a money pit. Even though you might have dropped 30K! But if you got those connections you absolutely will get a great deal and a great car!

I had a great experience here. Sean my salesman walked me through the whole process and Jessica in Finance explained everything so I understood what I was paying for. I walked out with a brand new Chevy Trax and it's so nice to not have to bend down to get into it like I had to with my Corolla. I will definitely go back when it's time for another car!

Brought vehicle in around 3:00 PM on Friday afternoon. Diagnosed as having a bad battery which was replaced the same afternoon. Service was handled in about an hour. Great service.

Brought my truck over there for my tire showing low pressure on dash gauges. Told them to check my sensor. Well next thing I know I was I had a hole near my side wall and a patch was installed. Had to pay $40 for a plug. Tire only leaks about 10 psi a week. Left there and went across the bridge to Brother’s Tire to see if I had road hazard insurance. Showed the worker my tire and he said he could patch it. Well when he took it off The AJ Chevrolet never took the nail completely out and made another hole in my tire. Bad Business.

Mr. Sean was the best he listened to everything I needed and wanted and he was able to help me with my decision on purchasing my new vehicle!

Sean Hendrix was very professional and knowledgeable! Would recommend to my family and friends! And would look him up if we ever buy another vehicle !

I have never brought a vehicle in to have work done. Meaning that I purchased my vehicle from there I thought I would give it a shot. Heard some good heard some bad. The price wasn't too bad for what I needed done. It was done in a good time frame. The part was changed. So i would say a good experience being my first time. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful, and overall great experience, but service department messed up my oil plug then charged me for it. Didn't like that

Randy Dohmann and Ron Dohmann took good care of me. They stand by their vehicles. Kim in sales is awesome too! And Melissa in service is also highly recommended. My issue was their issue.

First, I want to say I bought my car used from AJ Dohmann Chrysler on 1-14-21. I was and still am very happy with the purchase of my car and the customer service that I receive from that side.
When I bought the car, the Dealer put a new battery and 2 new tires included with the sales price. I opted to buy the other 2 tires to have a new set.

For Service on my vehicle, I have to go to AJ Dohmann Chevrolet. On 2-13-23 I go to the service center, and I say: I need an oil change, tire rotation and my battery is bad but should be under warranty! They tell me that they can’t find the invoice on when the battery was bought or installed and that it would cost $260 to change. I said I don't have that much money at the moment and I really didn’t pay much attention to the ticket whenever I paid for the oil change. I was confused… because I knew when it was put in.
I had to have them jump my car so I could drive home. I took the battery out myself and, on the sticker, it said 42 month free replacement!
So I called the Chrysler side and they were able to find the ticket, and they even took it over to the Chevrolet side. I walked about a mile with the old battery to AJ Dohmann Chevrolet parts counter where I pick up the new battery, I was told that this was my only free replacement and that the new battery has NO Warranty… IDK about that… I walked about a mile back home installed the battery and then I noticed that my fluids were low. I changed oil back in the days and I would top off fluids only charging extra if extremely low. I wasn’t charged but wasn’t asked about. The fluids or low. So I decided to check my air filter to see if they even checked that. After opening the air filter I know they didn’t even check it, because even though it was good, there was leaves and trash all inside the encloser. SEE PHOTOS
I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED, Then DENIDED THE REFUND when I asked!! And was told by ROB DOHMANN that I should have had the Invoice for the warranty that its not his job!!!!! But guess what buddy it is… Your computers have the info you just have to know how to use or not be so lazy and RUDE!!!!!!

We had a problem with our vehicle. We dropped it off, and they repaired it and it was picked up the following day. The work performed and the staff did a great job.

Had extensive repairs done to my Traverse. Everything was done expertly and at a price that I expected. Keep up the great work..

The service department will lie to your face. I took my vehicle in for service, it sat for a week exactly where I parked it. When I called and asked the status they lied and said they been trying to resolve the issue each day. Once they were called out for lying they said I told them take their time, so they hadn't looked at it all. Then I asked why would you say you been checking it each day, they lied again and said they thought it was a different vehicle. Don't take your vehicle here. They Lie

Dropped off my track at AJ Dohmann Chrysler, Chevy, in Berwick, first thing this morning (7-14-25)& got a call around 12n, it was ready & A/C fixed, new compressor installed & cold air, "CHIT YEA", Great Work Rob Dohmann, service manager & his team in the service dept, Whahooooooo & My Big Boy Ajay says "YEA" it's cold again. Feels great "CHIT YEA" An unbeatable service team at AJ Dohmann!!
