We had to replace our old and original to the house ac through our home warranty. Josh and Nate were simply amazing. They were kind and efficient. They made sure to answer questions and inform us of our new units.

Jim and Max came to fix my broken unit in 90* heat today and they did an awesome job, super friendly and recommended a surge protector to keep it from happening again! Great Job, highly recomend!

Josh, Nate, and Spencer were absolutely fabulous! Spencer went above and beyond to correctly and specifically assess the issue with our seven-year-old AC unit. We appreciated the extra analysis so that we could pinpoint the issue and keep the cost down. Josh and Nate were fast, friendly, and provided education on the actual issue itself and went over in detail all of the various options. They even came in under budget! They also gave us some really great education on our other HVAC unit that was older. They showed us how to maintain and clean it to keep it in good repair!

Jim Morrison was a great help! Fixed our capacitor on our air conditioning unit and got it working again. Super grateful!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician, Joe, was early. He was very professional and made the repair quickly. I will definitely use this company again.

Spencer came out for our annual service checking up on our air conditioner and was full of great information. We learned a lot about how we can be proactive on the up keep of our AC as well as teaching us about proper filter placement and making good choices for filters on our particular unit to help keep us safe and everything running great. Spencer made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. We got a lot of good information and we are grateful to Spencer for spending the time with us so we had a good knowledge base going forward in the care of our furnace and air conditioner. Very professional, Joe Stenger did a very thorough job, and I know exactly where I am with my systems now (and they are now working).

We just had Jim onsite to check out our AC, which stopped working this past weekend during the hot, miserable, and humid days. He quickly diagnosed that our thermostat was bad, and he made sure all other aspects of the system were working correctly. He changed things out, gave me instructions on how to use the new thermostat since the buttons were slightly different from our old one, and wished us a good day. Thanks for your prompt and professional service, Jim!

Nate and Kevin arrived on time, discovered the problem and were able to repair the unit soon after. Thank you. My heat pump is working properly now.

Very nice and respectful technicians. They kept us up to date with their estimated arrival, the progress of the repairs, and when they were finished. They finished ahead of schedule and went over everything they replaced and any difficulties they had. Payment was easy and quick. Just had our A/C looked by Jim M. And it turned out that both the furnace and A/C had a bad part. Great guy to work with explained what was wrong so I could understand and the fix with price. If future repairs are needed I’ll ask him.

Today Kevin came out to my house for a tune up. He was a very nice and polite man. He was willing to listen and answer questions. Very happy with the service we got today. Hopefully next time we get Kevin again..

Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful when my A/C was in need of major repair. I felt at ease with his expertise and he solved my issues in a timely manner.

Joe came out to give our old AC a good once over. He explained the things we could do to help prolong it's life and also the options for a new unit. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand. He did not pressure us one way or another. We so appreciated his friendly and very knowledgeable attitude. Joe stenger was our technician that came out. He was very nice, professional and was a pleasure to work with. He was great! My only reason for not doing 5 stars is because the price to make repairs was 8- 9 thousand dollars and parts are at a max of 1500 - 2000 and that is not the techs fault at all. Over all customers service was great just think the price is a bit outrageous. They do offer finaceing if that is what you are looking for.

Spencer was very friendly and nice. He took the time to review my system and let me know the things that I should do sooner and also things to keep in mind for later. They were genuine and informed of everything rather than trying to sell me a bunch of products. I would 100% recommend them for your heating or AC needs.

Max came out to fix my A/C unit. He is knowledgeable and efficient. My A/C unit is working well again.

The communication with this company is stellar and their customer service and satisfaction are second to none. I highly recommend this company.

Update 2025: Joe was here, he tuned our AC and cleaned it up for the season.

Andy was here this morning on time. He checked my air conditioner to make sure it is in good working condition. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable serviceman. I feel confident when he's the one that's sent out for me.

Hunter just did my fall check up on my furnace and stated everything looked good. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Spencer did my AC annual checkup. He was a very pleasant serviceman.

Jim M came out the same day I called to repair my a/c during a heatwave. Painful to pay for, but I sure appreciate how quickly it was done and for explaining my options.

This is a really great company. Their prices are reasonable and they have a cool deal in which you get a year of service for the same price as a service call. We signed up for that. We also bought one of the electronic air filters with UV light. Hunter, their service guy, cleaned our furnace and installed a new valve in our garage heater. He spent a lot of time working on both, let us know what he did, and taught us how to use the new air filter. Administratively, they were efficient and helpful too. Hanging on to these nice, competent people for sure,
