Lying and lazy. Couldn't get them to show up when they told me they were coming. This went on for weeks before they decided to come out and then didn't do anything saying they can't get on the roof to get to the ac unit. They have been out in the past and everytime they were on the roof and fix the unit. Then they lied to warranty company why they can't go fix it.

Should be zero stars and lucky I am no suing for ceiling damage and water damage in my attic. The technician disconnected the safety switch and never cleaned out the clogged condensation line which is a normal maintenance procedure. Water poring through my bathroom ceiling! Obviously need to train their crew!!!

I love air magic I've recently went through my insurance and air magic showed up in 120 degree weather and keep in mind the ac unit is on the top of my apartment 2 story they fixed it I offered water and was kinda in their way but they were nice to me and my ac has been working like a new unit ever since.... Highly recommend

AHS sent us this company to fix our A/C. Tech gets here and spends all of 30 seconds looking at our A/C and says “he knows exactly what’s wrong” and proceeds to give me what is essentially a sales pitch for a whole new unit. When I asked him about the quote I had from another company for 1/4 of the price he said that they weren’t doing a thorough job. Is looking at my A/C for half a minute a thorough job? He didn’t even go into the attic. If you work with this company manually I feel sorry for you. If you get this company through your warranty company just know you’re going to be just as disappointed as me. I don’t necessarily blame the tech as he seemed like he was being over worked. In any case I would never work with this company again. Actually the worst experience I’ve ever had here in Vegas. We’re going to be dealing with another company that actually seems to care about their customers. I would rate 0 stars if I could. A useless and degrading experience.

AHS sent us to them, some reviews had me concerned it seemed alittle rocky at first you have to know we are in a extreme weather event hot doesn't describe it. Yes we were put on hold for several minutes but customer service was always friendly and efficient and it took a couple of days to get a tech out to the house but I don't know when it's 115° outside what the temp is on the roof the techs truly are lifesavers.

AHS sent them out and that about sums it up. Most companies working with home warranties are not good vendors and that is why they work with home warranty companies. When you call the office they put you on hold and then hang up on you. The unit that looked at has a refrigerant leak that they didn't even address. We had to send out another vendor and they were able to diagnosis the system and fix it. All these people want to do is say the unit is old and should be replaced. It may be old but it is still working now that a great company came out.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, dispatch does not communicate with the techs and vise versa, will tell you they’ll be back a certain day just to no show. I was told a senior tech needs to come out, a tech came out while the senior tech sat in the car. Carmen the dispatch is extremely rude and lacks customer service!!
