The workers in truck #8 were cruising at various speeds in the passing lane and tailgating me when I tried to pass them. They drove in the passing lane right next to me so I wasn’t able to pass anyone boxing me in. Then laughed at me. I did nothing to provoke this. It was scary.
This is by far the best place to get concrete work. The owners are very smart and super nice. And they love dogs.
