We highly recommend AIG Renovations for any remodeling project. We now have a beautiful master bathroom and are very pleased with the final results. Alex is very knowledgeable and offered good ideas for our project. Alex and Yuri are very skilled carpenters, knowledgeable about plumbing and electrical issues and problem solvers. Their tile work is a work of art. We hired AIG to replace and tile our bathroom shower stall, floor and bathtub. They also replaced the plumbing, added a fan, shower light, installed our new medicine cabinet and light. We had a lot of water damage from our leaky shower. They were very capable in fixing all the problems and the added cost was very reasonable. Alex and Yuri are very skilled, honest and hardworking. They completed the job on schedule and both were a pleasure to work with. We will be using them for future projects.

I had AIG Renovation, LLC perform a complete remodel of the three bathrooms in my home.

Alex came recommended, but after the work was done it exceeded the highest expectations that I might have had! From the initial meeting to discuss what I want to accomplish, to suggesting suppliers, Alex showed competence and promptly responded to my questions during the time I was searching for all the cool things I wanted to be installed on my bathrooms. Another great part of working with Alex was that I could trust him with my home. I left for vacation leaving keys with Alex so his crew could do the work and all I had left to do was to come home and shout a load WOW!

The quality of work exceeded my imagination! Removing everything to sheetrock and the best quality install from the tile and flooring, to bathtub, shower, vanities, fixtures, etc, was completed in the promised time frame and the home was left so clean that I had to cancel the carpet cleaner previously scheduled in anticipation of needing to clean the carpet.

We knew Alex and his crew were the right choice for our bathroom remodel when they came over three separate times to talk about the job and what our options were before we even hired them! This was our first major room remodel and Alex patiently walked us through the process and made sure we had all the materials ready to go before starting so that it would only take him 3 weeks to complete. The bathroom was completed on time and on budget even though we made some last minute extra requests. When there was a problem with the tub caulking a few days after completion they came back within a day to fix. We will definitely go with AIG Renovation for all our home updates.

Alex and his team did a great job repairing/ remounting our sink to the underside of our granite countertop. Great work, done in a timely fashion, at a fair price!! You couldn’t ask for more!

Extremely high quality tile work. The wall and floor closer to the shower have more tile strips. Alex is nice enough to pick up leftover from my previous contractor. He is extremely knowledgeable.

Alex and Yuri are amazing! I will be calling them with every single home construction job I have until they retire. We had two bathroom remodels done at our home by two different contractors and the one AIG did was a million times easier and more efficient than the first contractor we hired. We had tile flooring and a tile shower surround with a shower base and new exhaust fan done by AIG. Then we had them come back to fix some issues that previous contractors had left us and they fixed the issues perfectly. Alex and his crew did a masterful job on our bathroom renovation. Walls were moved, medicine cabinets and mirrors installed, cabinets painted, and extensive (exceptionally well done) tiling was accomplished with great skill, for a fair price, and exactly on schedule. His suggestions for improvement in design and composition were right on the mark and we are delighted—he made it better.

AIG construction gave me a lower bid than I had gotten from 2 other companies to remodel our master bathroom. They started after I purchased the tub, lights, faucets, mirrors, toilet, tile and flooring. They were on time every day and respectful of our home and kept dust down by using a fan in the window. They finished in 2 1/2 weeks and did a great job. They came back and fixed a few minor things and hung a cabinet for free that I had gotten after bathroom was done. They are hard workers and do quality work!!

Alex and his crew did an amazing job on renovating our bathrooms that were original to our 1959 home. He’s honest, hardworking, on-time, and good at communicating. His workmanship is flawless and his tile installation is perfect. We will be requesting his services for our kitchen renovations as well. Wish I could post a photo to really show what he can do.

AIG Renovation (Alex) and his crew did a wonderful job on renovating our bath, he gave a very accurate estimate on time and budget and was flexible in making some changes when we asked to do in the middle of renovation and still finished with in the estimated budget, he was very professional with a good craftsmanship, easy to communicate and work with and will definitely use his services in the future as needed.

AIG recently did some work in our kitchen. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! We extended our island, replaced our countertops and sink, and had them custom make a desk and floating shelves. Not only were they always prompt, they worked so quickly and their craftsmanship was such high quality. Their work far exceeded our expectations!! Our kitchen is beautiful now and has changed the entire landscape of our home - we are SO happy and highly recommend them! Big thanks to Alex and the team for making our dreams come true!!

Alex was very professional. He worked within my budget and finished the job exactly as promised. When I was a little concerned about storage, he immediately came up with two possible solutions. I couldn’t be happier with the shower tile work, and the flooring he suggested looks great. Several friends have already seen the finished product and asked for his number.

Alex is a life-saver. He and the people that work for him at AIG Renovation are just amazing. Alex was easy to communicate with, set a reasonable price for our project and stuck to the budget, completed the work on time (or sometimes ahead of schedule), and was incredibly invested in our satisfaction. Alex works super hard and I've honestly never met a contractor that I would trust more.

Background on the only decent picture that I have on hand: After my previous contractors left my laundry room demolished with all the materials in boxes (went out of business, their subs pun liens on my property, etc. LONG story), Alex came in and quite literally saved the day (saved my year, really). The finished work is incredible and is the highlight of every house tour we give to guests.

There are two types of contractors - mechanics and craftsmen. Mechanics may get the job done, but some parts may not be just right and it may not be pretty. Craftsmen get the job done too, but it is perfect, it looks beautiful and craftsmen take pride in their work. Alex and Uri are the epitome of craftsmen. The job is beautiful, it is done perfectly, they clean up completely and they are two of the hardest working folks I have encountered. I recommend them without reservation.

Alex at AIG Renovation is wonderful to work with. He has meticulous attention to detail, anticipates potential challenges and offers options and solutions along the way of completing my project. Alex remodeled Two small bathrooms completely down to the studs, replacing plastic show tub combos into one Walk In Shower, and one Tub Shower, with Tile, including built ins for soap and other show provisions. Tile floor in both baths and front entry and back slider. Replaced carpet and linoleum in entire house with Engineered floor and new carpet. Painted the entire house, along with updating all lighting fixtures, including adding ceiling lights in 4 rooms that had none. Bath fans replaced. Installed new appliances and counters/vanities as needed. Granite counter in kitchen. Clean Demo including soffits for new kitchen cabs. Alex cares about what he does and what I wanted done. Highly recommended for all home remodeling big or small. Thank you Alex! Great work!

Alex is doing great job. He always finishes work in time he says he will finish. Price very reasonable too. So far, he did remodel of my whole kitchen and replaced one of my windows. Will do bathrooms next. Good contractor, I recommend him for any jobs you might have around the house.

Project Details: AIG installed floor-to-ceiling subway tile in our new walk-in shower; quartz countertop, backsplash, and shower trim; ceramic plank flooring; exhaust fan, can & pendant lighting with multiple electrical switch changes; plumbing & fixtures; and a glass shower door. It’s so well done – the quality and finish work is beautiful, and the project went as scheduled.
