Agent Drain has been incredible to work with. Not only are they quick and responsive, but more so knowledgeable and thorough. We called with a frozen drain line and John offered to get to our place in a timely manner. When our line refroze, I was able to clear the line myself with John’s help since we already knew we needed a new drain pipe installed in the Spring. Now for the best part, John recommended heat tape and told me what supplies to purchase and how to install on my own. Late at night I ran into some difficulty and texted John, not only did he respond, but continued to communicate with me for an hour as I resolved the issue. Where do you find a professional that cares that much? Look forward to working with Agent Drain for many years to come, thank you again!!

Incredibly helpful and prompt in getting our frozen septic lines cleared out last summer. Was extremely thorough in the entire process, and provided video that helped diagnose the root cause of our freezing issues. I highly recommend Agent Drain. John repaired our drain on the weekend within a couple hours of calling. He was prompt, friendly & explained the issue in a way even I understood, as well as explaining preventive measures. He also scoped the line to insure we didn’t have to worry about other issues.

John was a true professional and solved the issue quickly He offered suggestions on how to ensure the problem didn't happen again. By far one of the best professionals in the area!!!

John was able to come out on short notice for a clogged and overflowing liftstation. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and get it fixed. I'd recommend him and will use him again!

Our drain pipe was clogged with grease and water was backing up. John came right over and did a great job cleaning it out. He showed us before and after videos taken with his camera machine and we could see the difference. His price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

We had a clogged toilet problem in Summit county. Agent Drain quickly came over all the way from Alma, worked like a horse for 2- 3 hours cleaning the line and only charged me $200. Problem solved. I felt guilty they didn't charge me more.

I've lived up in the mountains now since 2006'. I thought it would be a great experience to build a dream home and for the most part it has been but have been BURNED by so many people either ripping me off, not showing up or doing lousy work. I called Shad at Agent drain after my septic tank froze and John showed up at the house to explain what happened and how he'd put a band aid on it until Spring when they would schedule a return and come out and put risers on the septic tanks. John was amazing, he answered my endless questions patiently (as if he had no other customers the rest of the day but I was fully aware he was booked up). I felt a great sense of relief and trust after dealing with him. Just yesterday I was thinking about how they said they'd be scheduling a return and as I was thinking it, they were driving down the driveway! True to their word, organized and professional. Sounds hokey but an instant vibe that I had met the right people and company. Like John, Shad was easy to speak to and gave me answers to all my questions. It has been one of those experiences where you find such good people with good work ethic that you want to keep them on your "good people" list but Shad explained there shouldn't really be a reason to have them visit again. Honest to goodness, as a woman living alone in the mountains there were times I've cried, thinking this is such an amazing place but so many people that are so unreliable or unethical that I put the house on the market. I'm now sitting here thinking if I should take it off today because I've got a handful of great people around me that I can count on....these guys are part of that group and you'd be foolish..seriously foolish to look beyond Agent Drain!! Mountain living is looking better every year! Thanks to all of you at Agent! Tricia
