Nothing but issues and lies. The owner(Paul) is a smooth talker and talks a great game but delivers nothing great at all. It has been over a year and my house still isn't finished properly. I contracted with his company in August 2023 for an insurance claim due to hail damage to the tune of $105,000 for roofing, siding, and a tear down and rebuild of a 3 season patio. Took many many months with many issues to get my siding and roofing finally completed properly and to my satisfaction. He finally was able to get my enclosed 3 season patio "completed" in December 2024 but now there are many issues with it as well. He will receive no more money from me until the issues are resolved and I am satisfied. I have requested the owner(Paul) to come out so we can go over the issues but he said he is the owner and he doesn't have to come out and look at anything. He said he will have the guy who installed the porch look at the issues and fix them, even though he is the one who created them in the first place. Installer guy came out yesterday and with the rain we had falling we found out the porch leaks between the soffit and new porch addition. He said he will add more caulk on the roof and it will fix the leaks. Found out the owner is packing up shop and moving to FL, leaving behind the messes he created with lots of people.

Stay away from this place. You will not be happy with the outcome.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My 73 yr old mom signed for $105,000 worth of insurance work back in Aug. 2023 and has had nothing but issues and the work still isn't done as of July 2024. He is very slow to deliver services but is quick to want payment. He has lots of excuses too. He never pulled permits for the roofing and siding work. The roof leaked right after being reroofed. The siding is buckling and bubbling in many spots. She contracted for "Dutch Lap" siding but standard lap siding was installed. He claims she changed it last minute but has no records proving she did and she says she never changed anything. The downspouts were not installed as they were before the damage. Her damaged sunroom was torn off the house in mid April and still has not been put back up yet. He subcontracts most things out. Even the roofing contractor he used for mom's job told us he will never do another job for him because of how he does business. We have talked to many others who are having issues with this place too.

Save yourself the headache and find someplace else.

UPDATE Dec. 2024
After over a year her porch was finally "completed", but not without many issues. I have attached more photos and videos. Torn screen, broken vinyl window frame, unsecured windows, air gaps around windows, unsecured and improperly install porch lights, stripped window lock adjuster, unsquare window that wont latch. We are waiting to see how these issues will be addressed. Owner still will not come out and see the issues himself, he said he is the company owner and is not required to come out and look at anything. He said he will have the guy who installed it look at things, but that is the guy who screwed things up to begin with. But whatever.

UPDATE May 2025
Things still are not done properly, lot and lots of water leaks creating puddles of water inside the porch and more window not opening and closing issues. All the windows and the sliding door on the porch leak water badly. I took a hose all around the outside of the porch and water just poured in from around the door, windows and along the bottom of the porch. I will add more photos. They'll did come out to address the issues but nothing has been fixed. They told us to fix the electrical issues and deduct the charge from the remaining money she owes, since he does not have an electrician to do the work. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

What this man has done to the Point place community and surrounding areas is an absolute disgrace! Preys on the vulnerable, sub contracts the work out to.the lowest bidder so he can have the larger portion of the insurance paid work! So he can go on his luxurious excursions several times a yr. Thank God I didnt give him all off my check, but $16,000. which by the way i want returned so I can pay a legit contractor to fix my 12 dudes and a crack pipe roof you thought in your words "wasnt that bad". Little do you know, my roof failed inspection and there are several violations they got you for. Also, if you actually decide to return my money back to me,($16 000) then I will tell my Attorney, I will drop charges against you. I'm telling this publicly bc you won't respond to the attorney. After all the lawsuits that are currently against you, it would be the smartest decision before you decide to skip town the Florida where you are gonna rip people off. Paul Davis, do the right thing and respond with my money. Stop scamming people. One day, you will stand before God and make an account for your actions.
