ALL of the employees were sharp, kind and helpful! The products seem to be of good quality and decent prices. I definitely be back. I also love that they boldly have Scripture verses all over the walls. Makes me confident that they are an honest and ethical company.

Amazing, friendly, not pushy guys. Had the professional environment yet the touch of a small business. Their prices are absolutely amazing. Will definitely return upon upcoming home repair.

As a first-time buyer at Jacob Supply, I had an excellent experience thanks to Cliff and Asher. Both were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. The store offers a wide selection of great brands at excellent prices, making the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. I cannot stress enough what a great experience I had with Jacob's Supply! And it was more than just a one time, thank you ma'am, visit.
This was my first time buying new flooring and I had been searching for over a month for that perfect floor with no luck.
My first time walking in and I meet Cliff, the sweetest, nicest and most patient guy! After talking for a while, he knew exactly what i wanted and literally brought me the PERFECT flooring - this flooring is now installed in my home and I absolutely love it! (Pictures attached, house still in progress!)
Not only do they have hands down the best deals but they are the nicest people to interact with and they will go out of their way to make sure you are taken of!
I had concerns/questions, since this was all new to me, and anyone I spoke to when I called in was 100% willing to help me and answer any and ALL questions I had without any attitude or huffing and puffing! You would not believe CSR at some stores now a days, and this was a breath of fresh air for me. This is including manager Ray who ensured the most confidence in working with the new flooring I was picking out.
ALL of the staff at Jacobs Supply not only gave me immaculate customer service, they made me feel comfortable and confident... and after searching at multiple stores for all of that time before that was such a relief and stress off of my shoulders!

My first dealing with Jacob's was when I saw Cali vinal floor planks advertised on Craigslist.
They were a discontimued color on sale. I bought a sample and did a test room then bought enough for my whole house. It's still beautiful 3 years later.

Now we saw G rib steel siding on sale. Steel siding is EXPENSIVE. first I thought I'd just do our garage but I went out on a limb and decided to do our poor delapidated sheds too. I am so glad I did.
If you buy steel siding, make sure you know what you're buying, galvanized, galvaumed or painted. Make sure you know #1 from #2 also

Josh Bloss helped me, I gave him the measurements and he figured everything out we needed. They even recommend someone who delivers. It turned out awesome.
I did have a few hic ups, totally lost it on my part but their calm manager Ray handled and fixed everything.

I am extremely grateful to Jacob's for carrying affordable items so we could make our home look better.

The world needs more companies like yours.

I didn't know the difference between metal siding.
Bought #2 because of the price.
FYI #2 will rust.

About a 30 minute drive from the Toledo area but well worth the time. They are very friendly and helpful. Their goal is to help you to get what you need at a great price. Very low pressure sales. They sell more than appliances. It's clean, neat and easy to find. Just look for the red monster truck in their front yard. It really helps!

Flooring products have failed in multiple properties less than 3 years after being professionally installed. Jacobs Supply deferred blame to the manufacturers rather than taking ownership and making the situation right. We have consequently moved our business elsewhere.

I dropped my review to one star after reading the owner's response to my initial two star review. Much of the flooring we purchased from Jacobs Supply began failing within one year. We shopped at your store because it is not Home Depot. For you to make that comparison tells me everything I need to know. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and advising all of my clients, friends, and colleagues to do the same.

Drove over an hour to visit Jacob's Supply, very impressive price and selection. The only thing better was the customer service, definitely worth the drive.

I had been to the old location a bunch of times which was a lot farther from my house compared to the new location only a mile away and I drive by it everyday but never stopped in because I thought they downsized everything by a lot and it appeared too "Big Box Store" like where they have 95% pimple faced high school kids who can't even tell you the actual dimensions of a 2x4. A few days ago I had some time to kill so I stopped in and at first glance my suspicions appeared to be coming true. After a minute a guy came to me asked if I needed any help and I explained I've never been to this new location. He introduced himself as Cliff and proceeded to walk me through every department, explaining in great detail about everything that they have. Buddy if I had known it was that big I would have been going there every week. The prices were phenomenal. So thank you Cliff, you've got a lifetime customer now.

Very knowledgeable and friendly Josiah is planning out the deck for me and emailing me quote wasn't rushed to sign anything!!!
