Customer service has been excellent from being to end. Affinity kept me informed of every step being made. They handled all the insurance matters. Very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job putting the roof on and cleaning up afterwards.
Not real sure where all the 5 star reviews come from but I had an insurance claim from hail damage. Needless to say 12 months later still nothing. Armand kept telling me he was waiting on insurance Co. and in contact with them the week before. called insurance March 10 they told me my claim was closed in October and haven’t heard from Armand since. I could reopen a claim but it of course raise my rates again. My advice, don’t waste your time. Insurance agent is a family friend so they aren’t lying. Oh and be will tell you he’s a public adjuster and only he can talk to insurance companies adjuster which I now know is a total lie. Look elsewhere people
Let's start with the facts - my roof was a hot mess! Armand to the rescue! From the first phone conversation it was obvious he takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service. He earned my trust and respect through his actions - timely, consistent, communications; acute attention to detail; thorough inspections and documentation (including more photos than I can count); educating me on the process, materials, etc., setting expectations regarding potential risks and mitigations; commitments made regarding scheduling, manpower, and completion, all delivered.
By the numbers - team of 8, complete tear off of 3 layers (bottom of which was fused to the decking) , 8 sheets of decking replaced, then all of the "regular" stuff, completed in 2 days, in the bitter cold, and the area around the house is cleaner than it was before the work started.
I sincerely appreciate the hard work, professionalism, quality standards and expertise. The new roof is nothing short of stunning - those pewter shingles are outright sexy :-) But knowing it was built with the best materials and craftsmanship assures me it is not "just a pretty face".
I cannot be more pleased with my experience - going with Armand and Affinity Restorations was the right decision for such an investment.
