Jerry changed the siding on my gables, installed new gutters and downspouts, and replaced the awnings over the entry doors. He did an amazing job, very high quality and professional. He also repaired my bay window so I didn't have to replace it and saved me a lot of money. His price for all of the work was very fair and competitive. He's really nice and friendly, dependable and reliable, easy to reach and work with, all around great guy. I highly recommend Jerry and will definitely call him if I need anything in the future.

Jerry repaired a piece of aluminum siding that had fallen off during a recent storm. He also inspected the siding next to it and made sure everything was still intact. He responded right away and his fee was very reasonable. We will definitely call him for any future repairs. Thanks!

I have had a leaking roof problem for a while. My roof is my neighbor’s patio and after having five leaks in two years in a new condo building , I was stressed. Jerry was referred by a contractor I was working with. He thoroughly inspected all reasons for a leak, installed some preventive measures and almost immediately diagnosed the problem. He is experienced and seasoned and the way he does not jump to a conclusion but spends time diagnosing the problem is truly reassuring. He fixed the leak ( and multiple contractors were unsuccessful in the past ), I would not call anyone else if I ever had an issue.

This summer we had some massive buckling problems on our roof that he and his team we able to knock out perfectly in just a matter of hour replacing it all good as new. Needed help on a leaking skylight. Called a couple business’ and Jerry was the fastest on timing bw call and coming to check out the issue. Gave couple options and was able to fix the issue right away. The following day was rain and really appreciated the follow up checking that the problem was solved and there was no more leak.

I used this company for a small siding job. We removed an old doorbell and it left a gaping hole in the trim at the front door. I contacted this company to fix it and they were responsive, quick to provide a quote, they did the work quickly and clean nice results. I recommend them for any such siding jobs you may need.

Jerry first came out last year when I was trying to figure out whether we had a leak and who to use to fix the problem. He answered my calls and texts and came out to look at the house several times. We hired him to change a window and replace some siding. All the work was top notch and not only did he cover some lights that he accidentally broke but he came back to clean up the glass when we found it in the AC. THEN, this year, I asked Jerry to come back to see if the leak was still an issue (I had not fixed the drywall and thought maybe it was still leaking). He came out and was so patient. Turns out there isn’t a leak! It’s a poor taping job from when we bought the house. Jerry is communicative, honest, helpful and does great work!

I've had Jerry work on my apartment building in Lincoln Square a few times now. He always did an excellent job and was very honest about pricing. What I also really appreciated is that he was very direct about what small jobs I could do myself (if I wanted to), which things he didn't really think I needed to spend money on now, and which things were more urgent. Highly recommended!

I called Jerry Bednarski through a siding company referral. I had pieces of siding trim and soffit damaged on my roof and lying on my main electrical connection to the house. Jerry was able to come within hours of the call and complete the work even though I was not able to be home for the repair. I returned home to find it looking like new. Very satisfied customer!

Was quoted $1240 for a job that would take three hours to complete thinking this was a fairly difficult job to do. They completed it in an hour. Seems like they over charged me about $1000. Would definitely not recommend this company.

When I complained about the job they told me they would sit in their van for another two hours to make it three hours total.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Jerry repaired Hardie Plank Siding and trim that was damaged from the recent severe storms. Everything looks brand new and could not have asked for better results. Jerry was very professional, communicative, fair, and honest during the entire process.

Jerry is great! He and his team replaced several of our windows a few years ago, and was patient with all of our concerns about cleanliness and dust, as our son was quite young, but the house was immaculate inside and out when they were done, you would never have known they were here. He has also done small siding work for us after a storm, and just now some roof repairs. I called this morning, expecting to have to wait a few days for him to come out to give an estimate, but he not only came out right away, he completed the work day-of! Luckily it was not a major repair, and he was fair, showed photos before and after (since I can't exactly see the roof!), and gave me an overall verbal assessment of the roof. He also patched around our chimney at no additional cost because he noticed that the flashing work was not great from he previous owner. He is the top of my list when I need anything related to windows, roofing or siding, and he should be at the top of yours as well!

Jerry and his personnel are outstanding in his business. Rarely have we found contractors who do such excellent, professional work, and at fair and reasonable prices. We have used Jerry’s services four or five times and will do so in the future. Highly recommended!

We had some siding that started coming off. Looked like the wood underneath was rotten too. I had no one to call but figured the rotted wood and my old siding would cost me a fortune. Fortunately I found Jerry who came out right away and fixed it. He was so honest and well priced. The wood was not rotten and the siding was professionally as quickly repaired. As for the cost - it was extremely fair.

Being a new homeowner has been rough with all the necessary upgrades and repairs. We have had to deal with many different companies while addressing each issue and have experienced a lot of frustration. THANKFULLY, working with Jerry could not have been more frustration-free.

We needed some new siding to cover some "bald" spots at the back of our house, and also had a crummy, rotting wood threshold to deal with beneath our French doors. He approached our issues with thoughtfulness and creativity in order to devise the best solution for each problem. We are very happy with the outcome, and everyone we have shown has been equally impressed. He did a great job of integrating the old with the new and it is so much cleaner looking than before.

Jerry had extremely good communication throughout and was very dependable overall, which are too often rare qualities. So in essence he hit all the marks: reliable, good communication, did everything he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, fair price, and great results. We will certainly consult him for any future siding, roofing, or window needs, and have already referred him to family members.

Jerry was fantastic. Responsive, knowledgeable and prompt. I had some fascia damage on the rear of my house. Jerry came out within a couple days to repair it. He was on time, quick and did excellent work. If I need any similar work in the future, Jerry will get the business.

First siding delivers! I called 5 contractors to get some vinyl siding fixed. A big box store gave me a $5800 estimate and no one else came out except Jerry. He was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. He came out, explained how he could repair just the damaged siding for HALF THE PRICE! Jerry even moved my gutter and installed a door for the crawl space all included! He was in contact with me the whole time and did an excellent job. My back room doesn't leak anymore and the siding looks beautiful. Very highly recommend to give them a call, you won't be disappointed

Jerry did an awesome job replacing the siding around my house and garage. He went above and beyond - even going so far as to safely reconfigure electrical lines that were previously incorrectly attached to the house. Jerry was also friendly, prompt, and delivered everything as agreed. I'm so happy with the way he made my house look! What a difference! He totally deserves 5 stars, and I will recommend him to anyone that needs his siding expertise!
