I am selling my house and the inspector said we needed some of our roof tiles repaired or replaced. Advosy came out and did a thorough inspection for free and showed me exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. They came out when they said and got the job done within two hours. I then received the pictures of what they did! I am so impressed with their work from start to finish! They performed a small job. Replaced 3 concrete shingles, applied mastic to joints where the old mastic had cracked and cleaned leaves out of the valleys. Sergio gave the estimate and performed the work. He was very friendly and professional. He provided photos of the work that needed to be done and photos of the completed job. It looks nice.

I had discovered MANY broken roof tiles on my 1 year old house and with Monsoon Season coming soon I was certainly quite worried about water daamage. I was referred to Moises and with one phone call he arranged for Diego to come the next day and within just a few hours problem solved. Diego explained and kept me in the loop during the process. His courtesy, work ethic, and diligence were outstanding. What a relief!

I recently worked with Advosy Construction for my roof, and honestly, they were awesome! The team was super friendly and really transparent about everything. One thing I really liked was how they kept me in the loop with tons of photos from start to finish. It was cool to see the before, during, and after progress right there on my phone.

They were also a huge help with my insurance company. They knew exactly how to work the claims process, which took a load off my mind and really smoothed things out. The quality of their work? Top-notch. They nailed every detail, both in the work they did and how they treated me as a customer.

Avoid at all cost!
Had Guille and an adjuster/translator come out to give estimate for new tile roof in Henderson area, we discussed why I would consider reusing old tile and we just about agreed on a price.
I asked for a written estimate at that time ... which I got - for the price we discussed and showing reuse of old tile. When I pointed out that it was not what we discussed, Guille emailed me that I must not have understood correctly "because of the language problem". Given that he showed the number on the calculator app on his cell phone and we only ever negotiated one item, that is ridiculous!

I'd avoid doing business with contractors that lie and try to deceive their customers!

Dealt with Eber, fixing my garage roof and they helped me out tremendously. Fixed my shingle roof and didn’t have to worry about leaks. On time and professional.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Sergio and Guillebardo might have done some work on a home that a client of mine bought. I say "might" since there is no actual proof that the work was done. On behalf of my client, I repeatedly asked them (and the other clients rep) to provide a copy of the signed proposal/scope of work agreement, and any photos of the completed work, and they don't have anything in their records. For proof of payment I was sent an unsigned proposal and screenshots that don't state that the work that was done, and it doesn't show the home address where the work was supposed to have been done either. There's a 2-year warranty that's supposed to come with the work and they aren't providing any of that information which leads me to believe that they didn't do the work at said home. They don't respond to emails, and when you call them they ask you to text them instead. Terrible...

This company never returns calls, and only answers the phone upon your first call. The company rep Dylan is also impossible to contact. It takes him several weeks to return a call.
Once the work did finally get going, they only did half the job. It’s been several days and like usual, I can not get a hold of anyone to explain why.

Advosy came out within a few days of reaching out to them about a cracked tile. They showed up promptly and fixed the tile very quickly. Both representatives were very professional and did a great job on the repair. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair.

This organization was professional, timely, and cheaper than two other bids. I would definitely use them in the future for all roofing needs.

They responded to my request for help fixing my roof quickly after our terrible rains. I was in the middle of selling my house and had to get it done.

Company did a fine job repairing my roof. They fail at communication . If I find out that my roof leaks in the next rain storm I may have a problem getting answers on when it can be fixed. I hope I won’t have to cross that bridge. I’m trying now to get them to send me the paid invoices so I can get my insurance to reimburse me. Fingers crossed I hear from them soon.

Company contacted me a week earlier than was scheduled to do the job. They were very fast, efficient, clean, and communicated with me as to the process. Very happy!!

I called this company and explained my situation that I needed a roof inspection. They said they would come out next week and do it for free. I told them how cool that was because other companies charge for this. They said they were happy to. Then they no showed. I called them and they refused to return any of my voicemails. I finally got a hold of them last week and spoke to the same guy who made my initial appointment. He said he wasn't sure why they know showed and would find out and call me back. No phone call again thanks for nothing Advosy!

Dylan was supposed to arrive to give a quote at 1130 am today and he never did. I called earlier this morning to confirm the appointment, spoke to woman at their customer service.
No show.
They won’t answer phone now either.

Gave me taste of how ‘professional’ this company is.

I needed a licensed roof contractor to comply to repair request from the home buyer's inspector.
Every step of working w Advosy was very smooth and easy. I could make a schedule on the very next day when I called. Dylan, the roof Professional, showed up on my driveway on time.
After he looked around the roof carefully, he explained his opinion and works to be done very thoroughly and nicely. In the mean time, He gave me lots of helpful information about the roof. then he finished the jobs quite quickly which were totally fulfilled the requirement from the buyer's inspection. next day, I received his report and photos of final works, I think this could be very helpful to close the escrow peacefully.
I strongly recommend Advosy Construction when you need roof job. there is no hassle and no doubt. and the cost was reasonable.

I highly recommend! This house is older and the original owners planted pine trees. Dylan was able to clean all the pine needles off the roof for a very reasonable price. Debris on the roof is a major fire hazard. He filled five 50-gallon bags from my roof, and I feel much safer!
