Advantage Roofing and Construction, LLC - Shepherdsville, KY

Reviews state good for the people they work for but we live next door and they parked all their work vehicles in front of our house and blocked our driveway. I waited over an hour thinking they would move (the person was sitting in the vehicle). I then asked them to move so we could leave and they were rude. I pointed out other places on street and they said they couldn't block their driveways. Two of the vehicles left and the one blocking the drive moved across the street and parked in front of a vacant lot. Why is it OK to block my drive and house and not other's. The owners of the house are out of town and they call and check up on the work progress through us. I will let them know about this problem.

I dealt with Mark on my roof for my insurance claim. He met the claim adjuster and handled everything professionally. Roof was removed and completed in one day. His roofing crew did a fantastic job and were very polite and professional. I would recommend ARC to anyone needing a new roof. I will be calling on them for anything in the future.

Nathan and his crew were very professional and organized. I was particularly impressed with the communication skills Nathan possesses. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: I have used Mark and his crew THREE times now! windows, gutters and a new deck and I have not been disappointed! Always kept me updated on the process and got things done quickly! I would still recommend them for any home project!

Mark Meunier and his company Advantage Roofing and Construction LLC, is probably the best construction company we have ever worked with...and we have hired many many construction companies over the years! Initially it seemed like there was a delay with the roof replacement, however, that was only because a division of his company was diligently working with our insurance company to ensure we received the entirety of our deserved claim. Most contractors would not go to this extent. The work his company has performed (not just the roof and gutters!) has been impeccable and his workers are very professional and extremely friendly! It has been a very positive experience.

I will always use Mark and his team at Advantage Roofing & Construction. Mark did everything he said he would do when he said they would do it. Personal and professional service from start to finish. Mark knows his stuff and having him in my corner helping me hold the Insurance companies feet to the fire in getting them to pay for the replacement I was insured for versus the cheap roof my insurance adjuster tried to get me to accept. This group was impressive. Mark is super easy to work with and his team did a great job. Not only it the roof great there was not one piece of roofing material, nails, nothing left any where. Except for the new roof you would never have known they were there.

We called Mark to see about putting roof on our house. He came out the same day and gave us a quote that we thought was an incredible price. We said okay and within the week Mark and his team came and out the roof on house and garage. The roof looked amazing!! We are very pleased. They cleaned up the mess and we did not find one nail. Mark and his team were a delight to work with. They are very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They show up when they say they will. A lot of contractors do not show up. They are there in time and promise a quality job. I will be using them again!!

Mark came out today to look over our roof & gutters after some recent high winds. We had what we thought part of the gutters/siding hanging down. Mark was quick to fix the problem and check out the rest of the house for FREE of charge. Highly recommend Mark and Advantage Roofing & Construction.
