Hi all, wanted to share my recent experience with Jose and the team. I needed to update my kitchen; repaint cabinets and ceiling and replace countertop and a sink. Jose was thorough and fast with responses and patient when I was digging for details about the process or additional items I was considering for a scope of work. The team is punctual, they work fast and are very polite and friendly. Suggestion to you/ be ready with everything and communicate before the work begins; your choices for color finish, details, etc. The result was better than I expected. Great experience! Drywall repair and painting. They worked all day 8 am to 5 pm to get the whole upper level of our house repaired and painted. Jose Montufar was quick and responsive and inspected the whole job after completion. 100% would hire again for any future job.

I have been a realtor for about 26 years. I often reccomend contractors to my sellers when work is needed in order to get the property in its best possible condition. Many of those contractors would do decent work for awhile, but sooner or later, either the quality of work would be sub-par, or they began to overcharge. About 5 years ago I hired AdvancePro (Jose M.), and have since had them on over 30 jobs. They have done complete rehabs, such as gutting kitchens and bathrooms, or just simply replacing carpet along with painting. In the 30 or so jobs I have never been disappointed. The work is quality and management have always been so flexible when unforseen problems arise. I'm not impressed easily, but this company is as close to perfect as I could imagine. Not once have they went beyond their completion date and the work is A quality. I have hired them for my personal home as well. This company is exactly what you want in a contractor.

I didn’t have the best experience with Advance Pro. Jose was very nice and tried to make things right at the end, but unfortunately the painters’ work was just not there quality wise. They also caused damage to the interior and exterior of my home by not fully covering up the floors and my things while painting. I think they are capable of doing great work since there are a ton of positive reviews so it was disappointing to have a very negative experience; however, I can’t recommend them.

Our screened porch was in dire need of repair, with a lot of rotten wood all around. After calling 4 different companies, we picked AdvancePro because they had the lowest price and the best materials for the frames and screens. They replaced all the individual screens, replaced the door, repaired all the rotten wood, using PVC where appropriate, and painted. The whole porch is now in great condition. Jose and his crew are very punctual, polite, and professional. Communication was very easy, and we highly recommend this company!

José was very communicative and did exactly as we requested, always clarifying and answering our questions. He had contacts for all the different work we needed to do, not just the painting. When our choices for materials were not wise, he told us the pros and cons and let us make the decision. His team worked quickly - our partial kitchen renovation was finished in 5 days! - but they did quality work, plus they were polite and cheerful. I would highly recommend!

AdvancePro is the way to Go! We just completed our second round of sorely needed home maintenance projects with the assistance of AdvancePro, and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. We are so happy we found Jose and his team to work on a house we recently purchased. We called Jose around the holidays hoping he could squeeze us in so we could enjoy Christmas in our new home, and not only did he deliver but he exceeded our expectations on quality, communication, transparency and professionalism. AdvancePro worked tirelessly to install around 40 recessed lights, paint all of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and install new faucets in each of our 4 bathrooms. I do have to note I was initially worried about how the painted cabinets would turn out as I have seen really poor paint jobs. However, Jose brought over a painted sample and we decided to proceed with his company. Our end product came out better than we could have imagined, with a beautiful smooth finish and a subtle preservation of the wood grain. Most importantly, they don't appear blotchy or layered with paint. Overall, everyone part of the team were a pleasure to work with, demonstrating kindness and patience. They were also meticulous, calling attention to issues we hadn't even noticed. We definitely plan on hiring Jose and his team for any future work we have planned!

AdvancedPro painted my kitchen cabinets and they look amazing! If I could give 7 stars, I would!! Jose from AdvancePro is absolutely amazing. He responds on time, is respectful and professional. I needed a living room painted for a client, the living room had 20 ft ceilings, they came and finished everything in just over 5 hours (including an hour lunch break!)!! But that's not all!! Every dent, scratch, chip, uneven surface on the walls was mudded, filled and sanded before painting. But that's not all!! A previous painting company came in and never scraped off their dried paint off of glass doors from around 4 yrs ago, they scrapped that off too! They went above and beyond! Absolutely amazing work and quality!

I am looking forward to working with them again!

I was in a time crunch to get my house on the market and Jose and his team came in and did an awesome paint job and repairs. He was also able to fix a rusted door that we thought could not be repaired. Communication was easy, jobs were done well and made my home look like it had a complete renovation. We used AdvancePro to paint our interior stairs, hallways, and two bedrooms. Bedrooms. We also needed some repairs done where a plumber needed to cut into a wall to fix some pipes and these folks were able to patch it up like new. We were very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing. Pricing. We had a bad experience with another painter. We hired on a task site. I did my research and seemed like these folks were the real deal and glad we use them. Highly recommended.

We were very appreciative of the time they'd spent with us and their professionalism, but they were also one of our most affordable estimates. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, and very, very hard working! We needed to get my house painted for sale. I entertained numerous bids. Jose was on the order of half of what the others were charging, but came strongly recommended by a relative. Further, he was very familiar with prepping a house for sale and had numerous suggestions for various difficulties we faced.

Jose was prompt and courteous at each of our meetings. He has promptly responded to emails and texts and phone calls even over the holidays. He was flexible when I needed to move his start date.

After setting a price for the work to be done, I discovered additional prep work that needed to be done before starting paint. He was able to complete that work for the original cost. His painters arrived en masse to start wall prep first thing on day 1 and made extensive progress each day. Even as work was progressing, Jose was stopping by frequently to review the painter's work. He discovered that certain areas that were not to be painted actually showed some errant brush strokes from prior paint jobs that were now painfully obvious. He was able to quickly price and then complete the additional work at an affordable rate and still complete all the work on time.

Jose was able to quickly understand and estimate the original job and complete all the work, including the additional areas for less than 2/3 of any of the other bidders on the project.

After we finished our walk through, he offered to stay in touch if we had any questions or if we discovered any oversights. While I don't anticipate any, I am glad that he has been honest, frank and straightforward throughout the whole process and has produced top notch work. I would hire him again for any additional work we would need to have done, and I heartily recommend him to anyone else with paint work to do.

My 4th time hiring Advance Pro LLC. Another job superbly completed. This time, 9 rooms skillfully painted in 2 days (including trim and ceilings). The crew is always on time, works long hours, and seems to enjoy working as a team. And....the price is ALWAYS fair and reasonable.

My husband and I had multiple estimates for painting the exterior of our older home. Jose (Advanced Pro, LLC), provided an estimate that reflected exactly what we requested. He was also the most responsive to our questions and any needed clarifications. The painting team arrived on time each day and worked through unexpected issues without complaint, even when we requested an addition to the original scope of work. Their attention to detail was admirable. If needed, Jose was quick to respond to out texts and phone class. Jesus, one of the lead painters clearly had experience with old windows and made sure that to repair any mullions that needed minor repairs. Nelson, who lead the project on another day, impressed us with his experience and careful attention to details. He checked in with his co-worker, Miquel, throughout the day ensuring that all work met our expected quality. On another note, Nelson and Miquel, as well as Jesus, were pleasant to work with, and although not a requirement for the excellent job done, their positive attitudes and interpersonal skills made working with this company a pleasure. They will be our #1 go to for any home project.

I have used Advanced Pro several times in the past year. They are my go-to contractors. Bottom line…. if you want great work done with speed and efficiency, you’ve found the company here. My parents are even using them to renovate their kitchen this Fall.

Jose and his team are professional and incredibly flexible. About a year ago, I bought a rowhouse in DC. I initially wanted several rooms painted but later realized they did so much more. I soon asked them to remove the carpet from several rooms and staircases. They stripped the years of paint from the stairs to uncover the original hardwood. The team also rebuilt a second set of staircases that were too far gone to salvage. They transformed the living room with not only a beautiful paint job, but also added crown moulding, trim, chair railing, and framed moulding. Jose’s team combined 2 smaller closets in the master room to create one built-in closet. They updated my bathroom fixtures, and finally, they gutted the kitchen in preparation for new cabinets. Nearly a year later, they continue to be my first and only choice. I wanted to open up the space in my living room so they removed a wall. I am over the moon happy with the work they have done. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jose and his crew recently completed a pretty comprehensive reno on my townhouse to prep it for listing (complete update multiple bathrooms and kitchen, all new paint everywhere, new carpet in the basement, plus too many details to count). Jose understood what I was trying to accomplish (max return on investment), and while what I had in mind would have put more money in his pocket, it probably wouldn't have paid off for me, and he said as much. He knew exactly where to spend money, where to save money, had great suggestions on colors, hardware, etc. In the end, I almost didn't want to sell it! I would estimate that what I spent with Advance Pro yielded a 3-4x return on the selling price, and the house sold after one weekend on the market.
